I sent an email to action-hq when I saw the blue stars showing up asking if they still expected to get them in to fill the orders and here's what they wrote back last night:

I didnt get in at the cheap price so I didn't bring it up if they were going to honor that price so no info regarding that matter.  You guys should know in about a week though.

Interesting, I sent them an e-mail last week as well and I haven't heard anything back from them yet... I ordered at the cheaper price and am now wondering if they will be filling the higher priced orders first :-\.
