On that pic, someone at Rebelscum showed that Jangotat, so that's not mine. It looks like the center piece has been cut like Ook said. I didn't cut mine though. But, I have quite a few of those side pieces since I bought so many of this figure back in the day for just $2.00 each since it seemed every Walmart cleared them out on the cheap -
The extra piece that I have are going towards a custom bar for a fan fiction diorama I've been working on for a while.
As for those original sections, they are nice but the new ones are definitely superior, with the stools and floor being easy to take apart. With the old ones you need to use a screwdriver to remove the bar section from the floor piece.
Without cutting one of those original flat sections down a bit, I do admit that it's a little wide, but it's still better I think than having it to where Wuher is in such a tight space. But then again I'm also not using the Hasbro cardboard cantina, I've got a custom cantina (which really needs to be updated actually... another project that I have no time for unfortunately
).
Hasbro really didn't do too good with their execution of assembling all of this, but I think it's still better than trying to make one from scratch.
