I got mine ordered. True, it doesn't look exactly like him, but I think they did a good job. Remember, this is just the prototype which could be changed before the final release.

I was hoping for Vader just like everyone else, but I am fine with this one. They really do need to get to the Vader though. Hint Hint.

Yeah.. I bit my lip and ordered him too.  Praji used to be a favorite imp for my SWCCG decks in the beginning.  If I change my mind.. I can always cancel!

Thanks for the tip!  This was a surprise - had no idea they were making an imp officer.  I used reward points to knock $18 off the price, so that helps a little.  Wish you could use the gift cards on pre-orders.

Really?  Wow. I was going to wait until tonight to see if I could use a gift card on it, but ordered just in case.  Whew!

RS.com reported last night to be sure to watch Sideshow's website today because they had a strong suspicion that they would be putting a Star Wars pre-order up sometime today. Also, if you go to Sideshow's website, they've got the special Spooktacular thing going on and in one of the featured video's, this guy says something about an officer dressed in black in our future which lead us to believe it might be Vader originally, but of course, it was literally an Imperial Officer.

If you remember, they did the same thing with the Ilum Padme. During SDCC I believe it was, they just released stuff with no times announced at all. You just had to stay on their site and keep refreshing the page. It's annoying, but as long as they sell out of stuff, I'm sure they'll keep doing it.

Sorry you missed out on that Beth. Jump on the Wait List....I'm sure you'll get one with all the people talking about canceling their pre-orders.

I'm just getting started with Sideshow, but this was an easy pass for me.

I was surprised to see this; it's almost as though Sideshow isn't interested in advertising to as many people as possible, not to mention that if it sold out they probably could have made several hundred more.  I'm not interested in buying this one, but he looks pretty good (doesn't have to be Praji specifically though, could be any black-garbed Imp).  I just wish they'd figure out a way to keep the boots from flaring out like that.

You know, it is possible that Sideshow says it's SOLD OUT and then they really just make however many they need for the majority of the Wait List to get some and then everybody wins. Not having a production number right away would make this real easy every time they have a pre-order. Hmmm...something to think about.
