Cutting back in 08?

I will be shifting my focus in 08.  I am going away from Hasbro and concentrating more on the other lines such as Lego,GH and Kubricks while filling the holes of my vintage collection.  I look at all the older modern stuff I have accumulated and most are still in boxes and probably will never be displayed.  I plan on cutting loose most of it to help finace the stuff I am really interested in having in my perfect display.

I won't be cutting back on anything I normally buy, but rather I think Hasbro will be releasing fewer things this year that I want due to the Clone Wars line and TFU.  I'll probably ramp up my Sideshow collecting instead.

I will (try to) buy very little basic figure format stuff this year, only if I absolutely NEED it. I will probably start collecting those Mighty Muggs and will also be more foccussed on the Indy line than the SW line.

For me, the first half of '08 will be all about saving time, money & gas.  Most of the offerings this year consist of prequel stuff, TFU & CW.  That's great if it's your cup of tea.  It's certainly not mine.

I don't think I will be cutting back at all this year, I will probably doubling what i have spent this year between all the FU CW regular line and the indy line.  If have the rumors are true i am in trouble.   Looks like i will be selling off a lot of stuff on evilbay.
