Thanks for the pics... Bane is by far the star of the show, in my opinion.  Could get several of him for some sort of rogue army.

Put me down for about 10 Yarna figures!

Any Target DPCI numbers yet?

Yes, they are in the DPCI thread (which should probably be moved over here before 7/26  :P).

Awesome wave. The Drummer and the main characters aren't exactly making me excited but I'll pick them up (good articulation on the mains, BAD parts for the Drummer, I'll probably sell him off). Bane will fit in nice with other bounty hunters, or like Chewie said as rogue bodyguards or soldiers. One can hope that the Vader uses the VOTC legs since that will make him tall.

I also vow that after this I will NEVER buy another OT Vader again. I have the VOTC, Evolutions, and soon this double helmet version. There is no need for another. Keep shipping this one out, Hasbro, whenever you want to put Vader in a wave.

Also, anyone else think that Chewie would make a nice Hoth Chewie if they added some snowflakes?

I almost wonder if the Bane figure could be used as a base for an Imperial Officer?

Love the rifle too!  Looks to be a modified AK-47 assault rifle with a scope, much like Han's pistol was modified after a German mauser.

I don't know take off the helmet off the guy in black throw on a neck peg and head and it might make a fairly non-specific trooper/guerilla.  I've been thinking about using the helmet there as a space helmet w/that little thing on the top being a light and connecting some tubes to his grill and a backpack tank, or rebreather.  He's the only army builder for me w/Han being custom fodder for a Bespin Han and Endor Han-just didn't like the waist artic. on the VTAC and a skiff version.

Hey Chewie I'm kind of on the same boat with you, but going Rebels since H seems to be holding out on actual "soldiers"-damn Pilot Evolutions

Nice wave.  I'd pick up some of the Jabba's Palace figures if my little diorama wasn't already a bit too crowded.   :D
This is the way.

Some new photos cropped up...

Check out the front page to see loose pics of Han (Sandstorm), Chewbacca (Sandstorm), and Yarna...  Chewie and Han look like they were pretty inexpensive for Hasbro to crank out.  Perhaps they're the kind of figure that got us Yarna.  "Just new enough", but re-using a ton of parts.  Han's torso is still sorta goofy looking though to me.  :-\

The more pictures I see, the less excited I am about this wave as a whole. Here's hoping the future OT waves that sound much better, are much better. :)

Han doesn't look like the one we've been seeing, this just looks like the VTSC version.

It is...  Notice the torso articulation and the unpainted shirt underneath.  Not sure what's up there...  I can't recall the original photos but I thought it looked like VTSC Han to me at the time.  I could be wrong as I didn't really exam the figure closely.  They had basically 2 options to go with on this one, and neither was too swift (if they were insisting on re-using an existing body).  Saga Carbo and VTSC Endor Han neither one are "perfect" by any means.

Looking at Han's torso there...  Definitely looks different to me too.  Wonder what the actual toy is going to wind up looking like.  The figure photo we posted the other day has all the accessories and all, so I'd guess that's what we're going to get, but the figure in our Toy Fair photo looks significantly different (and better) IMO.
