I am pulling for a $250-$300 Y-Wing, accessorized similarly to the Skystriker HasLab from a few years back. Anything else and I would be very likely to pass, but that Y-Wing, scaled to pair with the TVC X-Wing, would be very tempting.

I'm doubling down on Bo-Katan's ship.

Forgot about that one.  And it'll likely be in the new movie.

The Marauder is the only ship they can make that I would buy, assuming they never do the Twilight. The best part about that is it would guarantee we finally get the rest of the team made.

I'll see your Marauder and raise you an Ebon Hawk.
This is the way.

I'm honestly having a hard time thinking of a vehicle that I think they'd sell that would require a Haslab to get made... U-Wing and Marauder are the best guesses I've heard, but I don't know that either has big widespread appeal.

I could see the Imperial Shuttle getting a massive update and being too intense for stores...

Maybe a new Republic Gunship?

The Republic Gunship presents similar questions to the U-Wing - it's a class of vehicle, and not just one individual ship.  How many of that original mold do collectors from the PT era own?  I'm pretty sure I bought at least 2 or 3 of the original 2002 version.  And overall that Gunship base vehicle was released in repainted and retooled versions at least 7 times.  With a vehicle like that which has yielded so many releases I can't imagine Hasbro would lock a new version behind a Haslab wall.

I think the best options that I can see are these:

-Imperial Lambda class shuttle - Even though it's a class of vehicle an ultimate version would be well received since the ship shows up in the OT and current media)
-Luthen Rael's Fondor Haulcraft - I think this could be the odds on favorite.  Sentiment about ANDOR is running really high and this ship was pretty spectacular in season 1
-Marauder - The Bad Batch doesn't seem to be going away.  In fact, it seems like Hasbro's interest in the series might be picking up with Crosshair on the way along with rumors of two more figures.  Plus think of all of the Clones and TK troopers they could offer in conjunction with this.
-Ahsoka's T-6 shuttle - The T-6 has seen extensive action in Tales of the Jedi, The Clone Wars and now Ahsoka.  It doubles as both a vehicle and playset.  It's got to be under consideration.

Special dispensation goes to the U-Wing.  I'm going against my own methodology, but the appearance of the ship in ANDOR season 2 is significant.  And while it's part of a class of ship serving in the Rebel Alliance fleet, there are not a lot of them.

6 at least  :-\ and if I had purchased all the $30 inventory that was sitting around Walmarts and Targets back then, I could have a house on the beach now.
I understand the allure of an all-new version with updates, bells, and whistles. Selfishly, I really don't want that temptation in my life.

After purchasing a Ghost and setting it up (TY for the guitar-stand tip Rob) I'm nervous about another vehicle that could be perceived as too-large.
In my mind, the Imperial Shuttle is one of those molds that would be enormous. As cool as it, and all of these, would be... It just seems massive.

Not sure how large the Fondor Haulcraft would be, but it may be a nice sneaky way of capturing the Andor-enthusiasts in the collecting audience.

I was really hoping that the Fondor Haulcraft would have had a larger role in season 2.  I was hoping it would have been Andor's main vehicle to get in and out of tight places, but he used the U-Wing for every trip.  As a result I have a hard time thinking this is going to be in serious consideration.

I also don't think Hasbro would go to the PT for anything, including a Republic Gunship.

I am still of the opinion that "HasLab" should be reserved for things that really have ZERO hope any other way.  If you can make a $140 Vader TIE Advanced, $140 Mando N-1, $200 Slave I repaint, and $230 Jabba Palace playset via EE or Pulse, then you can do a $150 TIE Avenger or $200 Y-Wing as Pulse Exclusives.

I also really don't like the idea of HasLab being something we already have.  I don't want a HasLab to feel like an obligation to rebuy and upgrade.  I'd rather get that "all-new" feeling if I'm spending $350-500.

I guess I'd hear the arguments for the U-Wing since the toy we got was drastically different from the ship that is actually in the movie  Plus it would mean there would be some TVC support for it (hoping everyone who interacted with it would get a figure - Melshi, Kleya, Bix, Brasso, Wilmon, Baze, Bodhi, etc.).

The Republic Gunship though...  I like the version I have.  It's big enough to hold a bunch of figures and get the point across but not so big I can't find a place to put it.  I don't know that I need a suped-up HasLab version that can fit better-scaled bubble turrets or be modified to hold an AT-TE or something.  I'm not looking to create some AOTC centerpiece style table display and to be honest, I'm a bit tired of TCW-era Clones and the repaints recently in TVC.  I don't want a HasLab Gunship to give Hasbro an excuse for more clone repaints... more Ahsoka... more Anakin... more Rex...

I guess we'll see what Friday's panel brings.

Good points Jeff and I generally agree with you on what Haslab should be.

That said, another thing I could see them doing here is a really big Sandcrawler.  The existing ones are silly and in my mind it's a vehicle that's never been done right and doing it right wouldn't likely be something they could get made without this kind of format.

And then they could pack in Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru as exclusives...  ::)

Steve Evans posted something about "look to the skies," so I expect a ship of some sort.
