Superhero Squadron showed up in the great white north at TRU as of today.  I'll not be buying them.

Why is Banshee's head so fat?  Based on this picture, the only figures that look horrid are the two figures I most wanted from this series: Banshee and Emma Frost.  I'd much prefer the Select version of Frost now, but rots 'o ruck finding her anywhere.  Damn fanboys :-X

From that picture Planet Hulk, Hercules, Beast and IM don't look so horrible.  Annhilus is down right tiny for a BAF though.

Only ones I'm picking up are Planet Hulk and Hercules.

Don't know why they couldn't release Annhilus on a single card.  They had one planned for the FF4 series until they cancelled it.  I'd rather have the BAF be a big character or someone who doesn't fit on a single pack.

If you want to get rid of Planet Hulk's Annihilus piece, I'll gladly take if off your hands.

I'm more of a fan as Emma as the White Queen, when she was a villain running around in a corset and panties, so I'm not torn up about this lackluster figure. Still, it would have been nice to have a great Emma Frost figure, and I'd say the chances of getting a lingerie Emma are pretty slim.

I stopped by Target this morning and they had the Hasbro Legends stocked, so I picked up Hercules and the X3 Beast.  The Beast only because I might someday want to display the movie figures (that I have) together, otherwise I would have only gotten Herc.  They had all of them there, but I wasn't necessarily intersested in any of the others.  I will say that the packaging sure is purdy though.  I also found Spidey 2099 at Wal-Mart, so I think I'm caught up with Marvel (besides past figures I need to get) until Legends Series 2 comes out.

Some of the Targets in my area have done their remodels for the new season and they all have empty peg hooks of Marvel Legends with a new DPCI #.

087 06 1986

I suspect that this is the Hasbro DPCI # and if they have them set they should be getting the figures soon.
I have been told to go to hell; well at least I will know everyone there!

Both of my local WMs have done their resets, and the only new things are the Origins and Ghost Rider movie figures. I managed to get Spider-Man 2099, but no Iron Spider-Man or Legends. I'm not real sure about this wave. I only want four figures from it- Banshee, Emma Frost, Beast, and Annihilus. Hercules and Hulk look OK, but the Iron Man- ugh.

I got my set today and i think they look pretty good, much better than what i was expecting. I really like the Hulk figure (i found the green arm version, wanted the silver). All in all i am pleased.

I saw Hercules and Banshee today. I almost picked up Banshee, had they included an alternate non screaming head I would have.

I've seen a bunch of the Spiderman Origins figures so far.  Uck!  The paint jobs are not good.  They're way too glossy.

I agree that they are a bit too shiny, but i still think the legends are better than i was expecting. Iron Spidey wasnt as much as i wanted it to be but i still picked it up.

Picked up Hercules today.  I thought Planet Hulk has a silver left arm.   ???
