Targets around me dropped the Taun-Taun set and the vinty Taun-Taun and Landspeeder to $17.48. I almost nabbed them, but I decided to wait a bit to get them when they go lower.

Wow either these were pulled or every single one of these around me sold within 3 days... I went to two Targets today, both had at least 4 of each sets a few days ago. Today all I was able to find was a single Luke's Taun Taun.

I live in the land of Target and I've only seen just a handful of stores "hide" their exclusives in the back maybe 3 times in the past 11 years since I've lived here - I'm only talking SW/TF/Joe though.

I love how three targets I visit actually raised the price of these during Christmas. They couldn't have sold thru at that price when they weren't selling at the original price.

I found three Taun Tauns in clearance at Target for $17.46.

I see on the Hasbro website that Battlepacks are now listed at $22.99 as well.  They just dropped to $19.99, and dropped one figure, and now bumped back up a bit.

So I wonder now, seriously, will Deluxe Fig/Vehicle sets climb to $20-ish a set this year?

My Targets sold out of the exclusives at the first discount.  Search for Luke sets weren't even available to discount here, so no big finds in my neck of the woods.

Ain't jack here but Pirates of the Carribean figures and Grouchy Smurf with bridge and rowboat sets...even most of the Pirates figures have been sold at around $3, which is still $2 more than I'd pay for most of them.

I finally saw a Thor movie Destroyer figure in a store. Great marketing...7 months too late.

Meijer has clone wars for $4, the last three figures were two Ki-Adi Mundis (one with his light saber stolen...how hated is the figure when they only take the saber?) and the old Cad Bane (soon to be the "new" Cad Bane.)

Sigh...it's really not that easy.

This is another one of those PITA promotions that requires you to install malicious third party software er, a "printer installation" packet just to print out the stupid thing.

If, like me, you are one of the many people in America who hold a steady office job, you are pretty much screwed because if your company is even halfway on the ball they will have pop-up blockers, firewalls, etc which will completely prohibit you from being able to print the coupon at all.

I would have tried it from home but I don't have a printer hooked up right now. So thanks for nothing, Hasbro.
