I have two I made that I'll post photos of.  I make mine out of the foam ones from michaels...  They feel like you're going to get Carpel Tunnel Syndrome just doing one, but they're pretty slick looking when they're done.

My wife brought home the great pumpkin today. Weights in at 58lbs. I guess these size pumpkins are hard to carve.

I'd guess one of those electric saws for carving would be ideal for that.  I got one of those but now I don't do real pumpkin carving anymore so I guess it's kind of useless.  They're cheap after Halloween's over though...  before, they're kind of pricey.
