I had a warped card as well, nothing bad, just a slight curve and no creasing.
Anyway, on my Twitter feed @Jesse_James77, I'm picking some of the figures apart... I started off with Lumat.
I was impressed with his paintjob, as that's where Hasbro has been making mistakes lately, by cutting corners. He's pleasantly surprising though, plus I got the impression they compensated a little with his spear accessory, since he's a small character for a hefty price.
That said... Flimsy weapons, from cheap plastic, are back... bigtime. Almost every new accessory I've gotten from any figure I opened is a very flimsy rubbery plastic. Very cheap. Hasbro had remedied this, and I assume this is another way they're cutting costs.

Major gripe. Very major, at $10-$13 a pop. It's a big step the wrong direction.
I'm going to pick apart the Royal Guard tonight, a pleasant surprise figure for me. I wasn't geeked about him, but I'm changing that tune somewhat.
