I put my last Xmas gifts through and got another Nein Numb.  He's cool with his beef lips and all.

Finally found some two sided adhesive to do the Royal Guard cape taming trick and it came off rather well. RS suggests using the hair piece tape "Top Stick." I used something called twin stick that essentially the same.
