It would have been cooler if it came with a squashed Ewok patty.

Figures with this would have mde it a must have. I have 3 WM ones and 2 Hoth ones (which are so flimsy compared to the WM one.)

I may get one but I will be selling the two hoth ones to make room.

I missed the first two release of this AT-ST. The wal-marts here never got the first release, while it sat at other stores around the country. And the Hoth set sold out fairly quick.

I heard they had breakage problems. That makes me a bit weary of this one, since I have little faith in Hasbro's ability to correct flaws.

I wonder if they couldn't squeeze this into the starfighter assortment and they are being greedy by making it exclusive again and again. But then I don't own one, probably bigger in person.

Now, why won't they do something with that At-St driver mold?

I like this. I agree with Jesse - I wouldn't be surprised if Target was getting a new Speeder Bike in a Vintage box just like they got the Tauntaun and Landspeeder.

If they do, it better not be $25 unless it comes with a ball joint hip Scout Trooper...

Even with ball joints it would be too much, but I'd still buy a couple.  :P

I can't emphasize enough how sorely this set is needed. From a collecting stand point anyway.

It would be great if they assort the Speederbikes if Target is getting them.
A revised Endor Leia with Speederbike and a Scouttrooper with Speederbike. Since both figures are on Vint cards already they make the most sense to me to do. This should be in the deluxe box like the CW vehicles/figures, It would be nice to see more OT offerings in that series. Screw the Vint package on this all it does is inflate the price and give you less value. It might actually help that segment sell instead of rotting like they are now.

I think this is striking while the Vinty iron is hot.  They haven't done that yet in the vinty recreation box.  Now they have.  That's my guess on what they're doing anyway.  I think if it isn't done yet, look for them to try it.  Wouldn't be shocked if they tried a Speederbike soon.  :-X

We don't have any K-Marts in town, but it is kind of a neat exclusive.  I wouldn't mind getting one, but probably won't chase it down either.  I'm always all for these reboxed vintage items, and would love to see more OT vehicles (or even beasts) get this treatment too.  I'm sort of surprised we haven't seen more of those this year, with the rumors of "Vintage" going away in 2013.  I guess they may save it for if/when the OT makes it to 3D release, and bring back the vintage look.

Ball Jointed hip Biker Scout is the last figure I need and I can quit the hobby.

What if they wanted to recreate the vintage feel and give us a vintage jointed Scout?  That would suck huh. ?  I've been wanting updated speederbikes for years! - oh and a snazzy new Scout would be the bees knees...

I wish I had an end game like that. If I had one, it might be an incredible cross-sections accurate, nicely articulated snow scout.

If it's to scale and doesn't have explosion power, I'm in.  (I was referring to the Speeder)

I'm wondering if this impending release will drive down the price of the older releases. Never quite paid attention to weather or not this happens.

I just thought a couple comparison shots would be helpful for those trying to decide whether they want to go after this set (like me):

K-Mart ROTJ version (what's with the pose?)

Walmart Endor version & Target Hoth version

I'm betting the pose is nothing more than how it's squeezed into a smaller box.  Just a bet.  Or someone didn't care.

Yep, the legs are on the wrong side of the body and the head is turned backwards. It makes it look like it's trying to poop out an Ewok.

That might explain the brown stains on its feet.    :-X
