Does anyone know what the plastic of the clone troopers and stormtroopers of the vintage collection is? If it's ABS then there is an article about how to get the yellowing out of the helmet

Depends on the part. ABS is hard, poly-vinyl is pliable. ABS makes up the torsos of most figures like that, but not the limbs.
