Looks like you were at the tail end of the Kylo window. 

He lasted about 35-40 min, a lot longer than I would have guessed.  Probably helps that there have been so many Kylos released already...

It took an hour for me to get my confirmation email, which given the glacial pace of their web site during ordering I'm not surprised it took awhile to arrive.

Hopefully everything gets fulfilled as ordered and in good shape.

I think this is the first time in about three or four years I've managed to score the convention exclusives directly from Hasbro.  I've always missed out and had to go eBay or hope there were extras being offered up to the community.

From the time I placed my order to the time I got my confirmation email?  Over 2 hours. I wasn't really panicked. I had gotten a confirmation from PayPal, and the order showed up with a confirmation number in my HTS account. But seriously... get those emails out faster.

Got this today in the mail from HTS...impressively fast. What a cool set, will probably leave in the box as I have with previous years' exclusives, but it will at least go on display. Melty Vader helmet rocks socks!

My order arrived yesterday.  Definitely pleased with the speed with which HTS got these out.  When I did a little quick research I was surprised to find that the fulfillment center for HTS is so close that I could actually drive there in a little over an hour from my house.  Hopeuflly I'll get a chance to open these up in the next few days.  I've tasked myself with cleaning up my collection room and getting some proper shelving installed at long last.
