I just snagged one on eBay for $21 shipped.  For the $3 extra compared to the app it didn't seem like I should bother looking over and over.

Disney is taunting us with that "store only" label. Why bother even listing it if we cannot buy it. I'm hoping these things appear as purchasable at some point.
