I've got to think that it would be the TESB version.  I would be shocked if Hasbro stripped down the ROTJ Deluxe figure release to put it in the POTF2 style packaging.

They DID do that with Jar Jar in the Best Buy exclusive TPM packaging. Plus, ROTJ Boba would be "accurate" to the POTF2 single release. IIRC, POTF2 Boba had ESB colors only in the Shadows of the Empire 2 pack with IG-88.

POTF2/Droids - it's all kind of the same.   I won't be at all surprised to see a POTF2 Fett Exclusive pop up in the next few months now as well.
