2024 TVC Jabba the Hutt Box Set w/Crumb and 8D8

Was just wondering where this one was because it said coming in fall, and I had to go back and re-read to recall that it's fall of 2024.  Absurd.  I've got this big empty hole where it belongs on the shelf that I guess I'll have to stare at for the next 9 or 10 months.

It’s been awhile since we’ve heard anything on this one. I’m at our big local con this weekend and saw that a dealer has one of these in hand for sale. He was asking $150 so it was an easy pass, but I suspect this set may be on its way soon.

That's weird, they'd said it would come out in November.

Earlier would be nice, I have a giant gap in the whole throne room display waiting for it...

Hasbro Pulse has a September 15th release date.  Could come out a little sooner I guess.

Are you sure it was not the BS Jabba the Hutt that came out last year? The local toy store has that on the shelf next to the Jabba's Palace Denizens 4-pack and it makes me do a double take every time!

I can check again tomorrow... I forgot all about that one. Looking at pictures of the BS version now, I am 90% sure that I may have been mistaken. Stupid Black Series using Vintage packaging.

Very cool vendor though. They had a 10x20 stall filled mostly with Star Wars, TVC & BS. It was BY FAR the biggest grouping of TVC I've seen in person, outside of my own collection, in years. I'll probably go back in tomorrow.

I was updating my TVC preorder excel sheets, and I was annoyed to see this TVC Jabba still lingering out there.  I wonder if the September release date is padded like a lot of the other TVC preorders have been?

Pulse is now showing that, too. Jabba is also still sold out. I wonder how much additional stock Pulse will get after preorders are fulfilled? They still have the Throne Room set in stock, it seems like there may be some people who skipped the Throne Room originally that might get both if they are both available at the same time.

Same.  I’m particularly excited about this one getting here.  I put the Dias and small throne with BOBF stuff and have had the main throne room sitting with a big empty spot in it for what feels like nearly a year at this point. 

Jayson is saying a small mountain of new stuff is showing up in the US now too.  Looks like it’s about to be an big month.

Receiving Jabba might be the reason for me to finally unbox the throne room playset!  But with it being the depth of a standard shelf, I think I really need to find a table top to set up an actual Jabba's palace diorama.
