The Emperor Throne Room Duel

The Emperor, one of the most powerful people in the Star Wars universe, has been issued yet another time in plastic form.  I haven't taken him out of his plastic shell yet, but he's well worth the purchase.  Something I noticed about this is that on one face is gray/white in color, but the other figure has a blue tint to it.  Is that a variation by chance?

Anyone want to comment on why I have two different colored Emperors?

Maybe it's just a paint error? If you don't want it, I'll be happy to give it a good home.

Oh, I'm very happy about it, but they're totally different paint colors used on the face.  Usually this means variation, but what color Emperor does everyone here have?
