i placed an order from the web site on 12/9 and they issued me a refund for 90% of the items i ordered, and i'm pissed. i ordered:
2 Clone Trooper @ $6 each = $12.00
1 Obi-Wan Kenobi @ $6.00 USD
3 Hoth Trooper @ $6 each = $18.00
$6.95 for shipping.
sounds like a great deal right? wrong. they issued me a refund for $30 since they are out of the clone troopers and hoth troopers, so now i got a package coming with an obi wan outlander club - but hey, it only cost me $12.95, right??
why not contact me and ask if i want to cancel the entire order? why not ask me if i want to wait till the rest of the items are back in stock?
this was actually my second order from them, and will most likely be my last. the first order i placed was filled 100%. now, i admit that i chose the $6 figures over the $7 figures, and i understand that not every figure in a case comes mint c10 from hasbro. i've ordered cases from entertainment earth and gotten some beat up figures before. so i understand that by taking the $6 option instead of the $7 option i might receive non-mint figures. but you know what? the figures were probably mint when they went into the box. they just didn't arrive that way, because of the poor poor packing job. basically the packing job consisted of a piece of bubble wrap wrapped around the figures - and that's it. the box arrived to me in great shape, no crushes, no dents. but the fact that the figures inside the box were all bumping around because of all the unused space inside the box wrecked everything.
