I totally understand about students!  I'm a college instructor and there are quite a few in my classes that are stunning.  Here's a pic of a particular cutie (care of Facebook- she's a "friend" on there, I'm not stealing the pic :P)

You guys must not have had the same training for sexual harassment that I did when I was teaching at the U.  Scary, scary stuff.  Had a student walk into  my office and close the door behind her :o   No, no, no, no, no, no, no.  Out we go into the lab where people can see us.  Yeeeikes.

BTW, very cute young women.

ROTFLMAO!  By the way, Morgbug, how is posting pics of students harassment?  They have no idea the pics are here.  Heck, it's their pics that they posted!  Is it because they are facebook friends?  If so, yeah, there could be possibly some opinions of whether that's appropriate or not for a teacher to be on facebook with students (I don't think it's a problem as long as there isn't excessive dialogue or any expectation of favoritism).  But sexual harassment is a term that must be used carefully.  That's attempting to get favors by intimidation or reward.

Maybe I'm misinterpreting your statement but are you saying that sexual harassment only relates to geting favors by intimidation or reward?
