She needs a root canal.  The tooth was likely concussed or suffered some other form of trauma causing the pulpal heme cells to hemorrhage out into the dentinal tubules, giving it the darker appearance shown in comparison to the other teeth.  A little internal superoxol bleaching pellet to follow.
