Matts right Guinness hits the spot for relaxing.

 But when that doesn't work and I am stressed out I hit the gym. A long hard workout is what usually helps me. Then more Guinness ;)

I write my problems in a journal too. It just helps I guess. Of course certain people see it, but I'mnot byist. I tell what I feel and if they don't like it then they shouldn't have read it.
