Stress relief-What do you do to relax?

Ive been having one kicker of a life so far, as can be told in my live journal (www.livejournal.com/users/thekev316/) and Im under ALOT more stress than usual.

I was curious as to what you guys and gals to to relax after a hard days work, or school?

Put the drink down, Kev!  Or please produce some proper ID.  No underage drinking around here, or I'll have to report you to the proper authorities.

Now if you'd like to experiment with a nice cold glass of Guinness, I may just let it slide...

Scoring a good massage from someone always helps the stress level as well.  Unfortunately, once you're married, the massages become much less frequent, and a much greater level of beggins is required.   ::)

eeks, tis no vineyard, tis brewed in Ireland ;)  Nectar of the Gods it is



I like to run/jog in the summer when under stress, basketball and raquetball were some of my favorite relievers in college as was some good ole Sega Genesis Hockey
