Damn you Chuckles,  that's who I've been eyeing for the last 6 picks - hoping he'd last until i picked.

:P  Should have grabbed him in the 2nd round then. I've been eyeing him up ever since my 2nd round pick, hoping he'd last until now too.

Well I like my two picks so far better than him, but when I started getting to thinking there was a chance he'd be around in the bottom of the 3rd, I started getting my hopes up.

Nice pick!

I am proabably going to regret this pick but he's won at least 7 Cy Youngs I think.  Hopefully he can be sharp just one more season.

I pick the Rocket...Roger Clemens - SP.

I'm good for about 2 more hours btw.   Otherwise I'm good to pick pretty much all of tomorrow.

Ichiro Suzuki, OF
I almost, almost took Ichiro over Bonds...just couldn't do it though.  Bonds knee scares me a little as does the Balco stuff but I have faith in the big lug that he has enough "juice" in him to get one more decent year

True, looking at his shoulders, I think it's still oozing out of the marrow into his bloodstream.  As solid a 3rd round pick as anyone.

Yeah - I was thinking about Bonds earlier but the knees and the lack of juice scared me off a little bit.

I also knew I reached a little on Ortiz but I learned last year that it sucks to be without a 1B without a big stick and looking that Teixeira and Thome are gone I didn't like my chances waiting.  That back to back pick is a curse and blessing :-[ :-\ :)

I was seriously considering Ortiz over Helton in round 2.  Ortiz was actually better last year in homers and RBIs.
