Some of you may know me from RS and very few of you may remember the heated political discussions that went on between myself, Dressel, Zod, and others that may or may not be present here at JD.

Well, I just wanted to say "Hi" and so far so good.  The crowd seems to be a lot cooler here than other places and oh, BTW, how the heck do I add a custom avatar?

Do I have to reach a certain pinnacle of posts or something??

Welcome aboard (officially) Travis!  Glad to have you make the jump from "the Darkside".    I'm sure you'll find the atmosphere here much more friendly and mature, and the mods much more on top of their game (not that we have much need for moderators here, to tell you the truth).

Indeed, and yes, those guys do roam these parts as well.  Though we decided quite awhile back to pass on the political topics here for the most part.  So what's happened in those political threads, stays in those political threads, and we all get a fresh start and are buddies over here at JD!   

So kick up your feet, relax, and enjoy the forums here.  Looking forward to chatting with you.  Give us a holler if you've got any questions about anything.  We're here to serve, and we'll definitely never tell you to "Get a life"!

We have weekly counseling sessions on Wednesday nights Travis, to help the newest 'Scummers here adjust from being considered a worthless piece of **** that needs to "get a life", to being an appreciated and respected member of a very friendly, mature, and knowledgeable adult community here.  It's a rather difficult and extreme transition, granted, but when you come out of the sessions, you'll feel like an amazingly refreshed and happy new person. 

LMK if you want me to send you one of the flyers for the sessions.
