I've heard people are getting these at Disneyworld right now, so hopefully they'll be out on pegs & shelves at Disneyland.  The speeder is $20, and is bigger than regular Action Fleet items.

Hi J-Mac!  Do I still have time to jump in?  You are gonna have a huge purchase on your hands!  If I can be included, I would love:
1) 1x R3-D3
2) 1x R5-D2

I don't need  them mint, but if there are some, I'd prefer them.  Are people sending you money yet, or are we reimbursing you?  Thanks!

No worries Greg!  Added ya' in there!  There isn't really a "too late" here, since I tend to meander down to Disneyland every few weeks.  So even if I don't hook some folks up on my first trip or two, or people sign up "late", I'll be going back there over and over so anyone can join in on the fracass any time they like!  Besides, Disneyland hasn't even stocked up on these things yet, so I'm still in a holding pattern myself...   :-\

As for the money, don't sweat it until I've actually got the goodies in hand, or better yet - until you receive them from me (unless an interested party has no prior trading feedback and I don't know them at all - which doesn't really apply to anyone on my list so far).

Matt, wouldn't it just make more sense if you had Hasbro ship you a semi-trailer full of these figs directly to your house?  That would really help speed things up, and save you from trips to Disneyland.

I was reading through the entire thread, and am wondering about something.

Am I now officially entitled to say "I told ya so"? :)

Not only are they on blue cards, but the supposed R5D4 is now R5D2 :)

Im actually very happy they changed the name to R5D2, seeing how that little fella at the ride isn't R5D4 (and was never intended to be :) )

Nah, I wont be smug about it. Im just very happy that we are getting the rest of these! I really hope/wish they continue this line. I want a freaking Teek dangit!

Yes, you may Adam.  Your fortune telling skills have earned you the right to give us a big, fat "I told ya' so!"  Glad you were right about the R5 name change, but sorry to see you were also correct in the carding of Wave 3 on blue Saga cards...

Now please use this brilliant foresight of yours to let us know if there will be any further figures released in the Star Tours line and also if the first 6 droids will get carded onto blue cards now as well!   :-*

I really wish they'd release more figures after these, there are still possibilities for at least one more series. Mon Calamari, Teek, and various other aliens in the safety video.

The same people that told me Series 3 would be on blue cards also said Series 1 and 2 would be recarded. And I mean recarded, not just changing production, but taking the green carded ones off the shelves, opening them and putting them on blue cards. Dont know how true that is, but their batting a thousand right now! :) It makes sense  from a sales standpoint, because all of the products will match, new interest will be created, and people like us will buy them becaue they are on new cards lol

There is also talk of redoing the ride, and I guess new ride videos exist, but they've been talking about a change like that for years now and nothing has happened

Perhaps but I'm glad they made the Starspeeder 3000.  I have to get that even if it's not to scale.
