The paint job is much better and really brings this character some life. 
Are those dynomite sticks on his thigh?  ;)

Yeah, this one does look much better.  Especially the bottom pic which is a very clear picture.

His paint scheme really does look nice, I think he looks like a real shady character that you'd see in the Coruscant underground.
