while i am thinking about it, since sharif abdur rahim got his jaw broken (by my other power forward zach randolf), i am a little weak at that position.  perhaps mr spuggets would be willing to loan me tim duncan for a while.

i am still not really sure how the scoring works for this game.  does it hurt to leave a guy in the game if he is injured, or will your score be better if you put him on the bench?

Better to put him on the bench.  I don't think he hurts your score, but you do lose a game at that position for having him slotted in.

in case anybody read this before i edited it, never mind i found the link and now understand the scoring.

You don't lose a game at the position unless the player enters the game at some point - even if he's left in your lineup.

good to know.  i have already let spares suck up too many games without losing them to injured dudes who can't decide day to day whether they will play or not.
