Mmmm... had a good evening hanging out with my next door neighbour - he introduced me to Vodka and Coke.  I always thought it sounded liek a weired combination, but this has just become one of my favourites.  I'mm gonna sleep good tonite.    

Sheesh.  Do you go cow tipping too?  Bloody rural Canadians   Vodka and coke, liver disease here I come.

Of course a princess has mead, there is no surprise in this.  Fortunately I have respect for you, as opposed to my rude, Canadian brother up there   Vodka and coke and he doesn't know mead?  You sure you took chemistry courses?

I think it was bootlegged, because I don't see how one can get absinthe into Iowa.

It tasted terrible. And the X-Box controller on the floor started talking to me about it's day.

So that's it for my first and last experience with absinthe.

Yep. That was the almighty Absinthe. I've tasted it on a few occasions, and while I'm not the biggest fan of the taste, it's not bad when mixed properly. And the results are awesome (as it looks like you found out already).
