There are many references to the ability to "hide one's self within the Force" in the Plagueis novel. He pretty much does it all the time whenever he meets a Jedi. But that is not an innate ability nor is it foolproof, nor biological in origin.

What's a Fenn Rau? Is that a 6" figure?

Just so asinine. and they don't even care the thing was a complete sham from the start. Blecchh!

Former NFL Head Coach Dennis Green

"They are who we thought they were!"

"And we let 'em off the hook!!!"  :D

Probably the most epic NFL postgame rant ever, along with Jim Mora's "Playoffs?!?!" classic.

I remember when he interviewed to be 'Skins coach, always thought we dodged a bullet there.

You can order it now:

Nice...8/17 ship date. "But I want it NOW!"  :P

Are they even selling these at the con? Or was there not enough room at their booth with the 8 truckloads of MOTU stuff they brought along?  ::)

I kid, but they do seem to have kind of a one track mind this week. Like no one even remembered to pack the Hellboy figures?!?

Less than an hour to go in the voting now. Quite a coincidence how 30,000 people all decided to vote for Jaina overnight last night.  ::)

Would love to see Hasbro come out and say they are throwing out all the results because of rampant fraud. And then never do this again.  :D

How come people what like Dengar ain't got computer hacking skillz??

You might try GameStop, they are carrying a plethora of con exclusive Pops. I believe they have a full list at their website now.

Yeah, the price tag was somewhat of a relief. This is already shaping up to be an expensive con for me, toy wise. I ordered mine when I got home from work.  ;D

"Edrio Two Tubes" looks pretty damn cool!

Just FYI: According to TRU's website this set will be going up for sale online sometime today. I asked a customer service rep for a general timeframe but they had no clue.

I think out of all of them I'm most looking forward to Ziro the Hutt's Astromech to go with Ziro's Protocol Droid - now if I could just get a repaint of Jabba in Ziro's colors with some feathers tacked on, that would make for a pretty nice display.

You took the words right out of my mouth! What an easy repaint that would have been for them.

And now we need the rest of D-squad too.

Got all 9 figures today and they are terrific IMHO. Only downside was the bubbles are not well glued to the cards at all, so about 3-4 of them came right off during transit. Not a huge deal as I was pretty sure I would open these anyway, but fair warning to carded collectors.

Also kinda bugs me that I now have 3 different scales of GOT figures to display, and a pretty random assortment of character choices in all three.

Just read on Funko's page that the Landstrider set is a shared exclusive with Toys R Us.  :)

I was able to successfully pick up my SDCC exclusive Bruce the Shark from TRU in store, so I am now hopeful on this one.

Oh man, that is way better than I could have imagined! SO MUCH Clone Wars love!

I've been working on my own custom D-squad for awhile now off and on, this will help a lot.

Price is steep, but I'm very appreciative of the opportunity to expand my beloved Clone Wars collection. I am in for sure!  :)

Dave Filoni spoke briefly about the Ysalamiri during the REBELS panel at SWCE.  And he specifically mentioned a conversation that he had with George Lucas on the Ysalamiri.  The conclusion they came to was that the effect that the Ysalamiri had with this "Force bubble" didn't make sense in their interpretation of The Force.  As a result the Ysalamiri wouldn't be carried forward in the way they were depicted in the Thrawn trilogy of books.

That's pretty much the problem I have with all that EU just doesn't make sense in the broader context of what has been laid out previously.

I still maintain the Empire's core leadership structure were a bunch of racists who would never have allowed a non-human into the higher echelon of officers. That to me just fits better with their whole galactic Nazi motif.
