Other Toy Lines / Re: Funko 3.75" Action Figure Lines

Saw a bunch of Funko IT 3.75" action figure 3-packs much like the Stranger Things ones at Barnes and Noble today. Did not realize or had forgotten these were coming out. Not my bag, but they looked pretty well done.

Picked up the Walking Dead Allies 3-Pack at 2nd and Charles today at lunch. Thinking this may be the final release in the TV series 5" line. Jesus was originally supposed to be a Walgreens exclusive, then got converted into this 3-pack, which was supposed to be out months ago. Definitely going out with a whimper. Happy I was able to complete the whole thing though.

Forgot to mention I got the new Universal Monsters figures in the mail, and man these things are great, especially the Mole Men. I need like 10 of those guys.

It does get expensive, that's for sure.

Martin hooked me up with a 6" Zuckuss all the way from Canada in exchange for a Comm. Wolffe. He was a great trade partner, good communication, item was well protected for shipping, arrived in great shape. Would definitely deal with again...

Thanks a lot!!

Just ordered the newest Lord of Light figure plus Phantom Starkiller. Decided to pass on the Great Garloo...maybe if they have a sale one day I might pick it up.

Been trying to figure out their whole scheme with the Alien figures. They've got the three 3-packs, but only five of those were put out on the blue cards. Was supposed to be six but the factory messed up Ripley and Jonesy. Still not sure if that one is ever coming or not now. No idea if they have any plans to put those other 3 figures on blue cards either. Or any individual cards for that matter.

Of course the 3 new figures are spread out over 3 different packs, so you'd have to buy all of them.

Noticed an inventory spike for 6" figures at Walmart so I took a chance and swung by late night. Found a whole case of these guys on a shopping cart waiting to be stocked! I helped myself to two of them and enjoyed a very happy ride home.  :)

I just cracked one of them open and it's a really nice figure. The dirt is awesome and the cape fits just right. Happy to have this one off the list!

Lord of Light and Garloo haven't appeared on their website yet, but hopefully soon. The Phantom Starkiller is just a weird bootleg figure made by this guy/company called "Killer Bootlegs" which is sort of like the Sucklord stuff but less campy. I guess they were a fan of his work and decided to do a goofy one-off for whatever reason.

Just ordered up a full set of the new Universal Monsters plus the Pumpkin fiend. Still waiting on the Lord of Light, Garloo, and Starkiller. And hopefully some leftover blue carded Alien figs!

Ha! Is that from FB? I already bugged that poor guy for details, lol.  ;D

I can't find any way to search for it on Brickseek, and I don't even know where in the toy section they would put this. But man, I want it badly!

Love, love, love that we are finally getting that variant Luke with the wet hair! That's been on my radar since they showed it at SDCC what feels like 2 years ago.

The Rocket Trooper looks pretty cool but I don't recall the design. What is the source?

As far as those other 3? We still don't have Dooku, Bib Fortuna, or Bodhi Rook. And they had speaking parts in actual movies. Just sayin'

Supposedly new CORPS stuff has shipped including Jurassic Clash, but surprise, surprise Wal-Mart's pathetic distribution system isn't doing the line any favors.

The static posed legs and t-crotch figures are being phased out, there's a few more new style figures coming.

I heard that! Awesome news.

I found a listing for a "Primal Clash" Dino Wrangler on but it looks like just a placeholder listing and there was nothing else aside from that one.

If anyone spies any of these new sets at their local Walmart, I would love to hear about it! :)

Yeah.  I saw Jayson share that IG photo of someone who found the Mimban Stormtrooper about 30 miles away from me.  But Brickseek isn't showing those in stock anywhere in North Jersey that I can find.

So forget Brickseek, because I just found a bunch of Mimban Stormtroopers at my local Walmart, despite Brickseek saying that they didnít have any in stock.

Nooooooooooooooo! :'( >:(

This is a growing problem. I'm hearing about all kinds of toys showing up at Walmart over on FB that you can't even search on because they don't even appear on their website. Ugh.

MAGFest (Music And Gaming) rolled through town last night and I discovered one of the most amazing bands I have heard in a loooong time: Random Battles

They are from Baltimore and play insane, mostly instrumental prog metal covers of classic video game soundtracks. The arrangements and musicianship were top notch. I was blown away, bought both of their releases (Dark World is the new one) and a T-shirt as a show of support.

Great live show too!
