I've seen scattered reports of these showing up in the NY area.  Haven't seen them yet, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

While I'm all in favor of getting a standing version of the Clone Trooper sergeant, all I can say is UGGGGHHHHHHH!

I've only been able to get the white set, a few blue sets, and two green sets as is.  No sign of the yellow or red around here yet.  This is getting intolerable.  I don't want to resort to ordering online, but I might have to cave in.

Can you believe we might have a Cubs-Yanks World Series?  Wow!  It's an awesome proposition.

Chris, I love the collection pages!  I'm just like WOW!  Your army building may put me to shame.

I also love that you've got some Micro Collection stuff in there.  That's always been one of my favorite segments of the vintage line.  I only wish I had some of those.  Especially the Carbon Freeze Chamber.

Also, I think it's cool how you lined up your vintage bounty hunters with the modern versions.  Nice touch!

Add in the bonehead groundskeeper in the Yankees bullpen who wasn't enough a professional to keep his fandom under control, and that's what led to the fight in the bullpen.  Supposedly, both Jeff Nelson and Karim Garcia could now be facing assault charges because of what this clown started, and Garcia hurt his hand in the process!

Good lord, what a wild game!  It was more like a circus than a baseball game, IMHO.

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: When good neighbors go bad...

My neighbors :

1) Set the house on fire 3 times
2) Set the yard on fire 2 times
3) Stole the hose we used to put their fire out
4) Shot a bottle rocket into our awning
5) Stole our cat and hid it in their basement with a stereo blasting
6) Stole a small 'No smoking - unless youre on fire' plaque
7) Stole our mail
8) Rang our doorbell before running away (numerous times)
9) Let their ugly manchild wanded up and down the neighborhood in the middle of the street.
10) Throws trash over into our yard

End result - we've built a very large fence... 11ft tall I think.

#9 took the cake for me!   LOL!

My neighbors are okay, to an extent.  In the apartment next to mine are two Polish guys (yes, from Poland) who share a one bedroom apartment.  They're nice enough, but sometimes they play this awful eurotrash dance music that's sung in polish.  That's a bit much.  That, and their car that has bullet hole stickers on the side of it.

In some other apartments near me are some middle eastern families.  They've never been rude to me, but their kids run all over the place and make a fair ammount of noise.  It's especially irksome since I'm currently on a shift where I have to be at work at 3 AM and I sleep at odd hours.  There are several of these families in my apartment complex, and at least one in my building.  They all seem to know each other, or are related somehow.  They're always going between buildings and leaving the security doors open.  Uggghhh.

Then, I have a french neighbor who thinks that somehow he has his own assigned parking space.  This came up during the blizzard this past winter.  I had dug my own truck out of a space and gone to work that day.  I came home, and my space was taken, but one was available directly in front of my building.  So, I parked.  My french neighbor comes knocking on my door, saying that it isn't very nice that I took his space that he says he dug out.  At my apartment complex, parking has always been first come, first served and I told him so.  I was sorry I took his space, but also told him someone took my space.  A no-win situation for everyone involved.  This is why I want to live on several acres of forested land without any neighbors in the immediate vicinity.

Well, people around here have just been scooping up as many of these sets as possible.  A bunch of KayBee stores near me got them, and the value packs have just flown out the doors.  I've only seen them once at retail thus far.  And I've never seen the ARC Trooper on my own.  It's kind of depressing, honestly.  I think either the scalpers are back into Star Wars (after laying off us during 2002), or there's an overabundance of army builders around here.  It's made getting these and the Clone Trooper 3-packs near impossible.

Whoa! Gotta get that!  I wonder if they might make basic versions of Mitch Mitchell and Noel Redding to add on, hehehehe!

I definitely would be all for it if they'd do another few sets.  And do them with only two figures each.  Maybe lineups like this:

-Yoda standing
-Ki-adi Mundi seated (with softgoods and bendable knees)

-Plo Koon seated (with softgoods and bendable knees)
-Adi Gallia seated (with softgoods & bendable knees)

-Eeth Koth seated (with softgoods, cloak & bendable knees)
-Saesee Tiin seated (with softgoods & bendable knees)

-Shaak Ti seated (with softgoods & bendable knees)
-Coleman Trebor seated (with softgoods, cloak & bendable knees)

And then, do a followup Depa Billaba down the line with softgoods, cloak & bendable knees.

Maybe if they made the wall sections of the War Chamber it would be cool to have these characters in a Screen Scene.  Perhaps with a piece that attaches to Wat Tambor's base?

It take 6 Council segments to make the complete council.  That's according to Hasbro.

There's Passel Argente's aide, Denaria Kee.

Sun Fac, who is Poggle The Lesser's aide.

Qi Zhu, who is Shu Mai's aide

And there's also this shaggy looking alien sitting at the Seperatist council table who I don't know the name of.  Or what species it is.

When we get into the 2006 - 2007 area, they might consider doing softgoods articulated versions to fill out the line.  Give it time.

I've been seeing the green boxed Arwen with Asfaloth and wounded Frodo showing up at Target again recently.  Strange, if you ask me.  That, along with the FOTR reissues have been showing up at KayBee as well.
