Anyone watching Hatfields & McCoys on History?

I have the first two parts on my DVR and the third set to record. I'm going to try to watch them back-to-back-to-back if I can get the time.

Me too. It's on the DVR and will queue it when we have time to watch.

I just ordered my first Jumbo figure today... Orange Snake Yoda.   I'm worried this line could get addictive.

Hmmm... not sure how I feel about this.  Hopefully its not so disruptive to lessen the overall experience.   I can't think of a more highly anticipated movie for me since the Fellowship of the Ring came out.

I think TPM is my least favorite movie, but I can find 6 figs I'd like to see Kubricked:

- Tatooine Padme
- Captain Panaka
- Nute Gunray
- Gungan Warrior or Tarpals
- Padawan Obi-Wan
- Anakin Slave with Pit Droid

That would make for a great series! Throw in a Wald and/or Valorum chase and we've got a winner.  :P

Maybe a head-swap so you can get Anakin without the racing goggles.

I would have liked that...  I've been thinking about a mini-diorama with Qui-Gon, Young Ani and the Maul/Speeder Bearing down on them.

Not current, but I just watched Drive last night and man was I pleasantly surprised at the quality of that movie. Ryan Gosling is really quite good in it, as are all the supporting actors. Highly recommended.

I must not have gotten it. I hated Drive. I nearly fell asleep watching it.

Oh dear. I'm probably going to have to order this one.

Oh, and has anyone else spotted Brienne in the recent trailers?  I'm pretty sure I spotted her in the Rainbow Guard colors, and they are REALLY playing up her ugliness!

I seem to recall an online post somewhere that showed some pictures of the characters introduced this year and Brienne was in that collection.

Dud.  Aside from a pretty screen, is there anything about New iPad that makes you go "WOW!!"?

I was an early adopter for iPad and then upgraded to iPad2.  There just isn't enough new features for me to feel like I want to upgrade again.  I don't have a baseline comparison for what the new processor speed would mean for how I use the iPad and although, I use the 3G service, I don't feel the need for extra 4G speeds when I'm not in my home wifi.  I do like the thought of the improvide display... my wife's iPhone screen looks awesome.

Thinking about getting HBO just for season two.

That's what I did last year.  Directv offered a 3 month deal and that covered the time I needed for Game of Thrones.

I've been DVRing a few network shows that I won't commit too until the networks pick them up.  Alcatraz and the Firm are on this list.  So was Person of Interest but apparently that show is doing quite well and I'm 16 episodes behind  :o

Unrelated, I finally jumped on the Big Bang Theory bandwagon.  I've watched the first 3 seasons on DVD and the 4th is on queue.  Really enjoying that show.

I picked up Season 1 on Blu-Ray today at Best Buy.  I went with the "Best Buy Exclusive" House of Stark packaging.   What is this special packaging you say?  It turns out to be nothing more than a cardstock sleeve around the original packaging.

I really liked that trailer. I hope they don't cut this movie too short. Give me at least 2.5 hours of superhero goodness!!!

I didn't realize this was coming out in April?!?

EDIT: the trailer I saw on YouTube was the UK trailer and it said in theatres April 26.
