Oh man, those are awesome.  Definitely see myself picking some of those up.  The Marshall will be a nice add to my Mos Eisley cantina! :P

Love getting Bickell's money off the books, hate that they had to include Teravainen to do it.

I love the Hawks, but as long as you have Kane and Toews on those contracts you're going to see that happen every year.

Yeah, keeping Teravainen probably costs you both Shaw this year and Panarin next. Like Brent said, the price of doing business these days.

At least you have a GM that can keep finding Saads, Panarins, Teravainen, and Shaws with those late 1st, early 2nd picks.

Congrats to Jesse's Penguins...  still not sure how Sid (6-13-19) deserved the Conn Smythe more than Phil (10-12-22) or Murray (15-6-0, 2.08gaa, .923s%), but I guess the "he's the captain" was the tiebreaker for those who couldn't decide between Kessel and Murray.  :P

Did they trade MAF yet?  :-X

What a bad week for sports legends. First Ali, now Gordie Howe.

RIP, Mr. Hockey.  :'(

I ordered from Jeff's link on the main page, so hopefully JD gets a kickback at least.   ;)

Thanks for the support, Justin!  It might cost you guys a few more bucks to buy the case from EE, but at least you know 10% is coming back to the site to help us keep the lights on around here! :)

bonus prediction - if Murray plays and Pens win the Cup?  Well then, I hope MAF will have a nice year next season in Calgary or Dallas.  :-X

Has MAFlower started working on his cowboy accent yet?  He should brush up on American cowboy (#Dallas) and Canadian cowboy (#Calgary) just to be safe.  >:D

It is probably crazy to think you'll find them at retail at this point (in the thick of Marvel summer already), but Entertainment Earth and other online shops are expecting more cases (finally) in June/July.

Sounds like that new lightsaber Rey variant that popped up over the weekend might be in the Wave 4 reship cases, so that might be one more bit of a reason to just pre-order the case and be done with it.

Just a public service announcement/ad that EE put up pre-orders for singles from this wave.

If you are tired of missing out, you can pre-order 6" Ahsoka Tano for $21 plus shipping. Also pre-orders for Han, Luke, Kanan, and Snowtrooper too.

My only guess is that the rebels worked in cells, Leia's cell heard about walkers but never faced them, whereas Mon Mothma's might.

Pretty sure Leia saw AT-ATs before (see: Star Wars Rebels episode: A Princess on Lothal).   :D

I wouldn't fall Crosby streaky.

Of course you wouldn't....  homer.

Maybe you need to read up on what talented Hockey Analyst supreme Jeremy Roenick has to say about it.  He's the real fount of knowledge when it comes to Sid.  :-X :-X :-X

Did pretty good this year with picks...
rd1 6-8 (4-4 out west)
rd2 4-4
rd3 2-2

Now for the finals...  Penguins got their **** together in time to beat the Bolts... but the Sharks are finally looking like that dominant team they were supposed to be every year for the last few years.  Really hard to pick against Jesse's Penguins, but I might have to do it.  Malkin/Crosby/Letang have been really streaky this year and lucky for them, the Rust, Bonino, Hags, and Kessels have carried them.

If Murray can stay rock stead, it'll be close.  If they have to go back to MAF, not so much.

I think I'll go with: Sharks in 6 (sorry, Jesse  :-\)

bonus prediction - if Murray plays and Pens win the Cup?  Well then, I hope MAF will have a nice year next season in Calgary or Dallas.  :-X

Round 3 =
Sharks in 6
Penguins in 5

Got one right so far...  up to Jesse's Penguins tonight to make me look smart. ;)

Yeah, Target has been blowing out the 2.0 to make room for the newest 3.0 sets (Zootopia, Jungle Book, Alice in Wonderland, etc).

Sully was 1.0 and Baymax was 2.0 so low chance of finding them at Target these days.  Both of those are on Amazon though (Sully $8; Baymax $10-11 usually).

Amazon is where I've been getting a lot of our figures.  Pretty cheaply if you are patient.  Right now for example - Light-Up Saber Kylo Ren for $7.59 if you are a prime member.  I've picked up a lot of Infinity figures for the kids in the $6-8 range at Amazon.

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: Comic Book Thread

Comics, man.

On the same day that DC (well, really Geoff Johns) tries to right the DCU ship and bring hope, love and (FINALLY) someone they erased back to the DCU and finally kill the stupid nu52 junk (DC Rebirth #1 = awesome, by the way), Marvel goes out and basically tries to ruin one of their best characters (yes, with something that is sure to be eventually undone or revealed as a long con - but still).

Wonder how Joe Simon and Jack Kirby (both Jewish) would feel about today's Marvel news...   :-X
