Well, this week, one of my RB had more TD passes than my QB, so my team is so outta whack, it's not right to brag...

Another thing that amazes me is how much "christmas" has leaked into everything else...

They have "Christmas Lights" and decorations for:
4th of July, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, etc.

Every year I am amazed at hom much shelf space/$$ are wasted on this junk.  We have an older couple on our block that changes the lights on their house at all times of the year.  Their house is different almost EVERY month of the year!   :o

January - Giant inflatable Upright for Football Playoffs / SuperBowl
February - Valentine's Decorations/lights (red)
March - St. Pat's decoration and green lights
April - Eastern decoration and lights (yellow, blue, green)
May - Memorial Day Yellow Ribbon on every tree
June - Giant 6ft inlatable TC the Bear for the Twins
July - 4th of July decoration and red/white/blue lights
August - Usually the only month it doesn't change, stays USA 4th of July
September - Giant 6ft Inflatable Viking and Ship (Skol Vikings) Purple/Yellow lights
October - Halloween Decoration and orange lights
November - Thanksgiving decoration and lights (red/yellow/orange)
December - Christmas lights/decorations

Half the time I wonder where they dig up all thes decorations and lights, but I guees the "Holiday Decorative business" has gone from just Christmas to a year round effort now...

I, too, am a crappy division-winner chooser, but it never stops me from trying...

AL East: New York Yankees
AL Central:  Minnesota Twins
AL West: Oakland A's
AL Wild Card: Toronto Blue Jays

NL East: Atlanta Braves
NL Central: Chicago Cubs
NL West: LA Dodgers
NL Wild Card: Houston Astros

2/4 in the AL, 3/4 in the NL.

Would have had 3/4 in the AL if Oakland hadn't choked the last weekend of the year  >:(

And, to those who scoffed at my pick of the Dodgers way back in March, *cough*Dressel*cough* to you I say, "HA!".

Now, for the Playoffs:

Twins over Yanks in 5
Red Sox over the Halos in 3

Red Birds over the Dodgers in 3
Astros over the Braves in 5

Man...these Stormtroopers are sweet :-X

Can't wait to get some more...I think I might try making VOTC Stormy Luke and Han

I wouldn't get too excited just yet...

ALL of the example of "Dorme" cards I have seen have been Salesman/early samples.  Almost everyone who has received a production version of the Amidala Carded figure has "Rabe" listed on the card.

Received my order today!  Happy customer here

If you start talking about how much those Stormies rule, I've coming over to your house to steal them...

OK now.  What 20 teams and in what 20 cities?

Here's what I'd do.

Four 5 Team Divisions - bring back the Old School Names!

Prince of Wales Conference

Adams (Northeast) Division:
Ottawa - (relaces the Whale)
NY Islanders - (replaces Le Nordique)

Patrick (Atlantic) Division:
NY Rangers
New Jersey

Campbell Conference

Norris (Midwestern) Division:
St. Louis

Smythe (Pacific) Division:
Los Angeles
Colorado - (sorry bug, no return for Winnipeg :()

These Areas would be out of luck as their teams would be dissolved...
Tampa Bay
San Jose

Ditch the trap, shrink goalie pads (width, not thickness), and open up the ice.

Not to brag, but it would totally fix the NHL.  ;)

Just my $0.02,

Twinks win!

Halos jump out to n early lead...

Early Bird

I was watching this auction, but it's headed out of my price range  :'(

If only I could get the seller to find another one to sell to me
*hint, hint*

*cough*   ;)

I thought you were talking about Brian/mosnab...  No?

YES, I was...

he just got Han in the mail today and I was wondering if he'd share his thoughts now that he has him in hand.  :)

Methinks we are very close to having another join our ranks...

Wonder if he'll step out of the shadows or enjoy his Kubrick in silence?  :)

Yeah, hard to argue with game 1.

Santana looked GREAT through 5 innings, got to 70 pitches and Gardy benched him.  Save that arm for the Playoffs me thinks.  I'd rather take a loss there than have Johan blow out his arm inthe 7-8th inning.

178 NHL Players Now in Europe

178 Players.  That's about 25% of the Roster spots in the NHL.

Add in other guys who are going to go coach/play for minor league teams in IHL/AHL/OHL/QHL, and you are up to about 30% of the players who have jobs elsewhere...

AaaaaaaaaaH!  A GHOST!

[runs away and hides]

Now I see that Rick at NewForce got a small batch of one of the RotJ wave alternate cases (the one with Vader, Lando, Yoda, Fett and Stormie, but no R2 or Chewie).

What the hell is going on Hasblo!  >:(

Maybe I'll stumble into a whole vat of them at lunch today and then I'll feel all better...
