The 3D blu-ray will have a deleted expanded version of that end scene where Poe puts on the big rocket launcher pack to blast the Snowtrooper officer that stowed away on the Millenium Falcon.  Finn says "That's one hell of a pilot!" again.

Then they kiss.  ;)

LOL. Not much to watch in the summer.

The Strain returns this weekend, I think. It's a better show. I mean, it's still chock full of stupid, but at least it has characters worth a damn.

Nick tries to survive alone, then tries to die or something, whilst having flashbacks with some blonde girl who may have been the zombie in the first episode, but seems like a different actress.

He gets beaten with a baseball bat but not enough to be satisfying for the viewers.

Somewhere some pathetic people cry because the vicious dogs that attacked him were eaten by zombies. Even though it's just a tv show and they were fictional murderous dogs.

Armed thugs roam the highway killing everything for no reason but panic for some reason (Nick's trauma inducing gaze!) and 2 of them get eaten.  ??? Nick doesn't pick up their guns because he's in zombie mode. (I half expected him to started eating them, too.)

Somehow he walks 90 miles to Tijuana. Then the latina decides to help him, after earlier treating him like a FORD (found on road dead).

I didn't make it five minutes into Talking Dead. An hour of people talking about a boring episode of a series with a weak concept.

But with the creepy effeminate boy, right?  :P

Overthinking them.

Fantastic Four is not about body-horror. Dr. Doom is not part of their origin. Or shouldn't be.

How many times when an X-Men movie is released some one says "This is the real beginning of the X-Men" like it was every time before.

The Nolan Batman films were mostly good, but wrote a realism check that half of Batman's mythos cannot cash (even Catwoman felt silly in the third one), and new DC filmverse can't decide whether it wants to deposit that check or tear it in two.

Deadpool seemed to work, they didn't muck him up too much...the second time (X-Men Origins Wolverine). I say seemed, because I'm not that familiar with him.

Studios hiring  talented, up and coming directors then getting cold feet and re-edit the film, shoot new scenes, etc.

In regards to Leto and Suicide Squad, I don't know how much of a report of a report I believe. There's so much crap piled on the film.

I saw Suicide Squad...finally. (Anything after opening weekend is forever in fanboy terms).

It was okay. I think the rumors that the studio butchered it are true but the director has to play along. You rewatch the trailers and see how scenes got shortened or omitted.

I don't know what they spent all the $175 million budget on. A few helicopter crashes and CGI monsters? Will Smith, yeah. That, too. Having him as Deadshot got people in the seats, but unbalanced the the concept of a team movie towards his character.

Probably the weakest of the comic book movies I've seen this year, but they've all been underwhelming.

My dad found a Darth Vader's TIE Fighter at a yard sale. The top hatch snap/connector tab is broken but the hatch was surprisingly still there and its tabs keep it on. No torpedoes, of course, because...kid-owned.

Why is it almost always the character ships? LOL.  I've got a squadron of TIE ADVANCED now...(even though Vader's design was unique even for a TIE advanced...bah!)

Sad to hear. Growing up, it was odd to know that there was often someone inside R2. Really? Inside that can?

Not that old's THIS:

I didn't check. I assumed because the package was worn that it was a lost in the back room find. It had multiple markdown stickers, if I remember right.

Wal-Mart near me had a Prince Xizor/Princess Leia comic on their clearance aisle. It wasn't there before. Where did they dig that up at? It's got a damaged cardboard hook at the top and a hole punched through it for hanging on the peg.

Was marked $10.

Any pack but that one I would've gotten it. I have a few extra from a wal-mart clearance from years ago.

Speaking of Playskool, anyone else noticed that Hasbro is now experimenting with playsets in that line, but not the 3.75" line?

Mattel has huge business from its similar kiddie offerings. Hall of Doom, hall of Justice and various Batcaves.

They can also release an army builder pack for Playskool, but the most recent 3 3/4" is online only.

The part that's being under-reported is that the AT-ACT plays "March of the baby elephants" when it walks.  :D

Which is movie-accurate...because Disney felt Rogue One needed more whimsy.  :-X
