Got an email from Hasbro stating I've paid for these, so they should be shipping soon.

Definitely slowed a bit...we now have to average 212 new backers per day to get to 17,000 by the deadline.

I'm not worried though, they recently opened up Thailand and there's always a pickup when there's new media and a surge at the end.

Glad that worked out for you Rob!

I have extras from all my Deluxe Boba Fetts...no big deal.

Not only Pee Wee Herman, he was also the original Captain Rex in the Star Tours ride.

Turns out it was my SDCC Krrsantans.  My bad.

I read this the other day and while I'm happy this is moving forward (Donald and his brother are excellent writers) I'm curious how they are getting around the writer's guild strike.

Too bad he's passed away.  Imagine his face if he were at the next Celebration when they have the running of the Willrows.

WHAT THE HELL.

I just looked, Krrsantan is supposed to be half a foot taller than Chewbacca.

At that price, with that double dip, the idea that he's not huge is extremely lame.

I thought the same thing, but apparently they faced off in the comics and Chewie is taller than Krrsantan.

Why would you need Vader's meditation chamber?  That was on his Star Destroyer.

Yes indeed. November 17th 1978.

A date that will live in infamy!  If George Lucas has any say in the matter.

I'm now wondering if the ship does blow up in Ahsoka!   :o

The Ghost can be seen as one of the easter eggs at the Battle of Exegol in TROS.  (Confirmed by the TROS novelization).

Of course, they could always decide to rewrite canon to continue the tradition of HasLab ships with an explosive on-screen demise.  ;)

I just couldn't resist the snark.   ;D

Honestly, even knowing Disney would never do this, I was hoping that they'd play with the 'World Between Worlds' in "Ahsoka" allowing the heors to help put a stop to the First Order before it really begins, effectively erasing all of the Sequel cannon & allowing them to start over with Filoni/Favreau or someone else at the helm.

But given that there is a Rey movie confirmed to be on its way, we can pretty much rule that out.

I can guarantee that even if they go to the World Between Worlds again, they won't do something that erases Carrie Fisher's final Star Wars movies.  Besides, everything we've seen in the Mandalorian and Bad Batch so far has hinted at the rise of the First and Final Orders.

Just because TVC Haslabs are three for three does not make it a good idea for Hasbro to try and do a TVC Haslab every year.  I would be hard pressed to support a Haslab while still waiting on another to arrive and that would happen if they try a TVC Haslab every year.

Space them out a bit, try another Black Series next year (mid sized vehicle of some sort).  Then after the Ghost has shown up at the homes of everyone who has backed it, think about dropping a TVC Haslab after that...or do something smaller scale using the pre-order route first.
