« on: Today at 12:12 PM »I think it's most likely a pricing error since this just got released. And possibly Target mistook this speeder bike for the ROTJ version and placed it on clearance.
I'm not even sure that Amazon and Pulse have even shipped them yet and Target is clearing them out?!? That has got to be some kind of mix up with the previous speeder bike.
Target just seems like they have zero patience these days to let things linger on the shelf. So much collector product on clearance at Target right now. Must not be any room in the holiday planograms for any of this stuff. Gotta make room for those BS 6" Holiday Snowman Trooper figures I guess!

It's so dumb and 100% fan pandering but when THAT guy showed up in the first 5 minutes to help Hera, I was giddy like a little schoolboy.
Really can't wait to see a) how they wrap all this up, b) whether or not we get a season 2, and c) how this will all play into more Mandalorian-Verse shows/stories.

Yeah, that is my plan -
My new plan is to display this the way Hasbro did at SDCC this past year - use the bulk of the playset with the 2024 Jabba/dais for a ROTJ set-up and then pull the included dais/throne out for a separate "Boba murders Bib Fatuna" scene.
You can see in the Hasbro SDCC pic I have linked there that the dais in this Jabba set is the same sculpt as the Throne Room playset dais, but it is a better color-match to the playset. Really feel like they did that on purpose, but what do I know.
So yeah. Right there with you on the plan. I was thinking about using the 2010 Walmart Jabba/dais in the playset until the new one is ready but I've heard the old 2010 version is too big for the playset. (Again, pretty sure that is on purpose to help guide you to buying this $90 Jabba set.
)

I don't recall the exact details, but I believe he's got a peg on him that is secured to the barge somehow. I know a few people were going to try to get him out so they could scan him for 3-D printing purposes, but not sure if anyone found a way to safely remove him or not. I guess you could try googling to see if someone found an easy way to get him out of jail/
