I chose to go to WM instead of Target for two reasons (1) I already have all of the Target winter exclusives and (2) just in case they put these out OR the WM Comic 2-packs out.

Unfortunately, they didn't even put out any new Star Wars product at all - not even older releases. The way the SW looked when I checked it Wednesday night was the same way it looked this morning. 

Went to WalMart this morning. Unfortunately there wasn't anything new - I was hoping they would get in a case of wave 7, 7.5 or 8.

Oh well...

I've noticed that too and I've even cancelled orders for stuff that I found in stores months before their own expected shipping date - I think I did that with Wave 6 as a matter of fact.

It used to be that they would get stuff at the same time as say WM or Target, now they seem to be at least a month behind.

I wonder what changed in the marketplace to cause this.

I haven't heard anything about these lately either. Which seems odd.

If they were a Black Friday item, then we SHOULD have heard something by now.

Right?

I suckered myself into picking these up today.

It was really a no-brainer actually, the store I checked had priced them out at $23 each instead of $35 each.

They rang up the correct price at the register, but the gal made the price correction for me because of the price sticker.

So I got all three for $70 - still a rip off of course.

I guess I sorta fall into the evil "uber-completist" category - I really didn't care about them when they were European exclusives, but since they were released here, I felt compelled to pick up at least one set to keep MIB. If Hasbro had never released them here in the US, I would have never even cared about them. (so I hope that means I'm not all that bad)
