I agree. It could use a better paint job.

I recently landed a few POTF Mini-rigs off Ebay.  I knew about the Security Scout, but I didn't even realize there was a one man skiff.

Congrats on grabbing those, the Security Scout is the last mini-rig I need.

It's one of those designs that to me really looks like it could've been just off-screen.  The MLC and CAP were my other 2 favorites.  Like they just belonged and could've been in any scene.

Got these in the mail last week.  Spendy, but man are they cool.

I finally pulled the trigger and grabbed the last mini-rig I need, the Security Scout.

While I was at it, I couldn't resist this lot of 12 Stormtroopers.  Let the army building begin!

Those are some nice troopers!  Hard to find them in such nice condition, let along a big lot of them.  How are you liking that Scout ship?  I need to go catalog my vintage soon...

Can you believe I only paid $50 for those 12 Stormtroopers?  They were sold to me as "beaters", but I was amazed by their great condition, some of their limbs are still quite stiff.  Sure, there's a little discolouring, but it's pretty mild.  8)

Wow.  Wish all my beaters were in that kind of condition!  Nice haul.

Last item I collected is the One-Man Sand Skimmer Vehicle MOC, the card has a soft bottom corner and of course the bubble is dark but at $51.00 shipped I'm fine with that.

Since I can't find much that I like in the major stores as of late, I have been snooping around thrift stores and such.  I went into Goodwill the other day and almost fell on the floor.  I found an intact vinty Tie Interceptor, an electronic Snowspeeder missing the guns and canopy glass, 2 naboo starfighters, an A-Wing, an ROTS Obi jedi starfighter, and an Electronic FX X-wing  (missing one wing and 2 cannons).  I grabbed them all for $40.  I even left a kinda abused B-Wing hull.  I'm going to be spending more time cruising the thrift stores from now on!

Well, I just shelled out a good chunk of cash for a Palitoy Death Star.  Mostly complete - just missing a few of the black clips.  Never thought I would own one of these.  I will post pics when I get it set up.

I've wanted one of those for years.  I have not been able to find one for a price I like.
