Just a quick update to our earlier story...

This is still the best wave ever.

Carry on.

Yup it's a damn fine wave of figures I think.  The Spacetrooper too, may be my favorite of it as an army builder, but I'm giddy for those Cantina guys just due to the sheer obscurity of them.  They're really all ones that weren't on my list.  If I get Bom Vimdin and Garrouf Lafoe out of the Cantina, I think I could die content with that "scene"'s figure creations.

Of course I'll take anything from it though...  But I'm to the point that I want humans, like Jabba's SE thugs, and more Jabba Aliens now since they're thin by comparison with "good" figures.

I have to remark that, the thing that has impressed me most about Hasbro's ANH offering these last couple of years is that they've nailed the color pallet. Each time they release these figures, I get that cozy, familiar feeling of the film.

I'm with you, Jesse. Though the Tonnika sisters and that weird big headed waitress in the silver costume would round it out perfectly. And Mosep. God...I love the Cantina. And Jabba's aliens.

My most desired cantina denizens are those at the bar rather than in the booths.  If I had to rank them by what order I want them, I'd put the 2 Saurins near the top along with Garouf, Yerka, and a new Evazan and Ponda Baba.  But I'm biased because that's where my cantina diorama needs more figures!

Oh yeah...we definitely need a new and improved Ponda Baba and Dr Evazan. Along with Tarkin, Owen and Beru, they're the two characters with speaking parts (as much as Ponda Baba "spoke") in ANH that are the most in need of resculpts.

Damn...I also want those Saurins. And I always forget about the random astronauts in the bar. I think we need about 5 Cantina waves.

You said it!  I think (and I bet I'm wrong) but Dr. Ezavan might be the OT character with the most lines who has never had a carded figures.  Han Stormtrooper  is happening...who else...what about Mr. Holding Her is Dangerous...?

I was about to say "what about Wedge", but then I remembered that half-ass exclusive carded Wedge.

Han's Hideout looks to have received kick ass shots of the Jawa and WED droid in their QnA this week.

The Jawa is quite neat...  But that WED droid.  WOW is that a nice looking figure.  Best droid ever perhaps.  May even be dethroning FX-7 who was fantastic.  That's just nice figure work there.

That WED is insane.  Makes me really hope they resculpt the Beru treadwell eventually, with just as much attention.  The jawa looks good, but is it the same body as the last one?  Looks like the vest might be the same, only painted darker.  Very cool ion pistol, even though it's ENORMOUS  :o

If the Jawa is the same body as the last one, they did a fantastic job of making it look completely new.

A tremendous 2-pack.  The fact that we're getting these two figures in one basic figure package?  It's well worth the $7.99 price tag.
