I actually thought Hasbro lost the rights to Shockwave for the GI Joe line because the figure in the Convention SWAT pack was called Shockblast even though it's the Shockwave sculpt.

1988 Release...GI Joes SWAT Trooper also released as part of the Night Force sub-team.

Hopefully Hasbros will look close to this....

I'd be extraordinarily surprised if the Hasbro Shockwave wasn't virtually identical to that; at least in parts used.

Badass custom, btw.

Noticed that Target finally came to their senses and dropped the price of basic figs down to $6.84.

I saw that too, and almost picked up another Python Officer, but I was blowing plenty of money on the Rattler I found.

What's up Doc?

Anyone have a phone number to call regarding the status of Doc?  I mailed my first in April and it was cashed in June, mailed my second with a copy of my 1st cashed check and nothing on that one either.  I really could have cared less about getting Rex, but Hasbro "really cared" about getting that one to us.

I'm still waiting for my Doc as well. I heard there was another run made that was supposed to be available in September, so maybe that's what's taking so long. I hit Hasbro's website and didn't see much regarding the Doc mail-in, possibly since it's expired.

Agreed.  And apparently after drinking a fair amount of highly flammable Dreadnok moonshine.  I hope this is implemented as an action feature in future...um...releases.

Bought a case of wave 10 at BBTS. It's nice to put that to bed and not worry about trying to find it at retail since those insane repack waves have clogged the pegs.

Probably old news, but here's preorders up for January ship at BBTS for the following:

1x Ghost Hawk with Lift Ticket
1x Arctic HISS with Arctic Driver
1x Claw Glider with Stratoviper & Flak Cannon with Outback
1x Stinger Jeep with Stinger Commander

Wish we'd get some new vehicle molds apposed to a slew of repaints.  Looking forward to the Stinger though.  At least we're getting some "new" figures peppered in here.   Wasn't Lift Ticket the pilot of the Tomahawk - Stratoviper for the Night Raven?  I'll just keep on praying.

Yup they lost their rides and got new smaller ones...

I am excited about the FLAK...my first Joe Vehicle back in 1982.  It pulled double duty as a Death Star Gun as well...

I'm liking the sound of the Strato-Viper. I had the Night Raven as a kid and the included figure was one of my favorite figures.  :)

Wave 10 is up on HTS, minus Wraith. FALL20 doesn't work anymore, but disc10 does. Finally got my hands on the Firefly/Storm Shadow comic pack.  :)

Thanks for the tip.  Insomnia pays.

Got the bazooka trooper and para viper, as well as Croc Master and Mutt.

Thanks for the heads up.  Ordered Mutt, Croc Master and the Para Viper and a couple of Transformers for my son for Christmas.
