I noticed that TNI has some pics up of Wave 5 (or 9) that seem to be different than the Collector's Club pics - and show the figures' accessories.

Great looking wave... I hope the army builders aren't too hard to find.

These figures look outstanding, that's all that can be said.

Okay, I have to ask a question, though:  Who (or what) is Wraith?  And does anyone have photos of what a "Para Viper" looks like?

(I'd suspect the COBRA BAZO is probably the Heat Viper as well.  Which is nice, since the vintage version had a TON of accessories). :)

Does anybody have any extra battle points or whatever they're called?  I'd really like to have a Doc to keep carded, but I'm not buying 6 more comic sets... :-\

I found the vehicles at Target tonight, so I picked up a HISS and AWE Striker. Hopefully, these stick around for a little while and I can get the Night Specter.

Who (or what) is Wraith?

Wraith was a character who (forgot his name) had a hi-tech super suit that made him invisible and extra powerful.  He was hired by Cobra for an assignment (again, I forgot).  Later, Cobra Commander had him try to kill the Baroness (her plane exploded and was assumed dead about a year ago).  Anyways, that didn't sit too well with her and she hunted him down and off'ed him.  I think he threatened her (and Destro's) new born baby or something.  That p***ed her off more and she whacked him.  Man, I completely forgot the storyline, but I think you get the idea.

The new wave looks great but I have to say I hate Hawk's face sculpt, he looks like a baby and is still blond! General Hawk was one of my top 5 Joes back in the day, I just do not understand why they insist on making him Blond from the comics. His face should look more seasoned. all things set aside I love this line!

It looks like HTS has most of the Wave 8 figures up for order (shipping of 6/26) - I saw that Flint, Major Bludd, Snake Eyes, etc. are listed for anyone interested.

I see they also now have the first two DVD packs up for (pre)order, shipping in August.  Personally, I want to grab a couple of these since I wasn't able to pick up the earlier DVD sets, and it would be nice to have some episodes to watch.

And now Wave 9 (or some of it at this point) is up for preorder (shipping 08/07).  Hopefully HasbroToyShop will come through with these orders.  For as tough as these have been to get a hold of, I went ahead and ordered some figures this morning - just in case.

I ordered too, but noticed I could only get 1 of each on the Army Builders/Troops. Oh well, I'll at least get 1.

Use SPRCAT8 for 10% off too.

Saw the Joe vehicles today, and believe it or not, I passed!  I just thought they looked so cheap.  Wow.  I was really looking forward to these, so maybe this means I'm done with this line after all.
