I am going to try to get to Target in about 30 minutes to see if they have any, as well as the fixed crotch V2 Snake Eyes.

Chewie if you are indeed out, let me know, I am more addicted to this line than ever and anything that isn't going to donate it's life to Customs, I would give a good home..

Saw the Joe vehicles today, and believe it or not, I passed!  I just thought they looked so cheap

Same quality as in the 80's my friend.  I'm very happy to have these vehicles in my collection.   :)

I agree with you, I think these vehicles look great. I cracked open my 2 Hiss Tanks and I love them! The molded colors and textures added from the 80's spiffied up the look. For $10 you will be hard pressed to find a 3.75'' figure with vehicle at that price. I bought 4 Hiss tanks, 2 jeeps and 2 Sharks. I could not pass....in fact I want more!!!!! July cannot get here fast enough.

I dunno... I just thought they'd look better in person.  The HISS especially... it if had been pure black like the original, then I would have probably gotten it... it didn't help that the stickers looked like they were already peeling off.  I wish that Hasbro would do away with stickers and just update the paint process so this wouldn't happen.

I agree with you about the HISS.  I would have gone crazy army building if these were black.  Some of my stickers were peeling off, but that's what your thumb is for.   :D

I really dig the stickers and I enjoyed putting them on the vehicles.  Guess it's just the kid in me...Mikey likes it!  ;D

If I weren't so strapped for shelf space, I'd probably have caved in.  I just don't know what to do with this line.  Collect it all?  Pick and choose?  Create a diorama and just fill it up with a battle scene?  Sell what I have?  Not sure yet.   I'm afraid the same it going to happen to me with the Indy stuff.  :-\

I'm in the same boat you're in regarding space, but this Joe line brought back way too many good memories plus the fact that Hasbro is doing a pretty stellar job on these figures doesn't hurt.  It sounds to me that you've tried to bail on this line more than once, but you keep coming back for more - but who can blame you?

I'm not even going down the Indy route.  I love the movies, but I've never wanted toys from the movie when I was a kid and I still don't.  Most people on these boards seem to think that all SW collectors will be buying Indy stuff, but I don't quite get that.

Neither do I.  I really enjoy the Indiana Jones films, but I have absolutely no desire to buy the toys.
Now, G.I. Joe on the other hand ..... I keep trying to stay away from it, but I just can't.  At least I'm able to control myself enough to stay away from the vehicles.  For now.

Probably because Star Wars fan sites such as JD and RS are posting Indy news on their front page.  :)  I don't get that either, but I see why the correlation is being made.

I would hope there is more than that for the next 8 months.  Also, what's up with the new Zartan?  Is he not corrected this time coming with his Swamp Speeder thing?  Has anyone heard about a corrected version of Serpentor with his chariot?  I can't believe Hasbro messed those 2 figures up.

I'm in for Mutt, Airborne and Eels, but that's about it.  If Zartan comes with his Skier I'll probably pick that up as well, but otherwise I'm happy with the current Zartan.

They're getting the 82-85 narrowed down relatively fast.  As long as I get Blowtorch, Tripwire and Scrap Iron, I'll be content.  :)

Here's a good read in case you're a moron like me who can't ever track down the QnA's.

Can't wait to hear the news on more vehicles!   ;D
