Thanks guys for the heads up, I preordered this and a second Republic cannon! I never saw the Mando gunship in the wild and regretted passing on my second chance at the cannon. I already have one but wanted at least two. Glad to see they are getting last years stock!

I have my eye on a Republic Cannon currently languishing at my local Target for 30% off. Once that sucker hits 50%, it's mine.  ;D

The Mandalorian Shuttle just baffles me. Are they really NOT planning to release this to US retail outlets?

Doesn't that seem like a hefty tooling investment for what has become essentially an online and Canadian exclusive?

From the listing here:

http://www.entertainmentearth.com/prodinfo.asp?number=HS94804G

It appears that this actually is part of full case assortment, along with the HMP and V-19. Does that imply we might actually have a chance that this will still ship to stores? That seems odd that they would ship new product in the SOTDS packaging.

At any rate, I'm reluctant to overpay for one from an online retailer just for fear of never finding one in the wild, but if that's how it plays out, I'll do it. I just wish I could predict what is going to ultimately happen with this thing. It could be another BARC with Jesse (suddenly everywhere after the fact) or another Scout Bomber (never to be found anywhere, not even on HTS anymore).

WOW...courtesy JTA:

Hasbro: The Mandalorian Assault Transport unfortunately did not make it out in time. Retail has discontinued the Shadow Of The Dark Side phase of The Clone Wars line so there isn't a place for it on shelves now. Orders placed through Entertainment Earth should be fulfilled. That may be your best bet for this vehicle because this vehicle has not been considered for release anytime in the near future.

ARE YOU FING KIDDING ME?!?! Is this why we're getting 19 figures this year because you BLEW the tooling budget on a stupid ship no one wanted in the first place which never even made it out to stores?!?

This is so beyond stupid I can't even put it into words...massively epic fail. I mean that's just a terrible blunder. How can you not manage the line better than this?

I'm really glad they answered the question at least, but holy cow.

Anyways, I pre-ordered mine from EE tonight as they commanded...hope I get it.

I won an eBay auction from Canada for $35. Should be here any day.

I thought about going that route but I don't want the trilingual packaging, just the good old US American English version. Those seem to be priced higher on eBay for some reason.

This happens a lot when lines end.  These will be dumped somewhere.

Agreed.  They tooled it so it's in some quantity because there's minimums there...  I just can't see myself spending much on it so I'm passing.  It's neat, but I have no need for it on my shelves I think.

This pisses me off more than I thought it would.  Everyone seems to want one of these (at a fair price), but once again they can't get it to us.  How about selling them on the Hasbro site?  Nah, too easy.  How about planning ahead and putting it in the vintage line?  I like the Torrent, but did we really need 2 Obi Starfighters?  I have not seen any of the 4 repacks sell yet...every store I've been to still has all 4.  I am not paying EE $40 for one.  What BS.

I would've thought a Mando thing would've done better than a lot of vehicles, but Clones do well for them too (or so the story goes).  *shrugs*

Vintage Packaging would've been nice as an exclusive even, or something.

That sucks, but it is good to know that they are actually keeping track of things and not just taking endless pre-orders. I'm glad I got my order placed last month, and I can only hope they get all of their expected stock.

I got my order in a little over a week ago, and I'm glad that I did.  I'm still a little surprised that a vehicle like this would fall between the cracks.

Ditto, I just don't get the continued delay. Do they not know where these things are? Does Hasbro have to get their factories to produce additional units? What's the hold-up?

Well, I just scored 2 of these off of Ebay for $86 shipped out of Canada.  $43 each isn't what I initially hoped to pay, but I'm pretty happy just finally scoring one of these...
