So Cal wildfires...

Is everyone ok out in So Cal? Been following the news on the fires, pretty bad again.

It's been a fairly smokey hot day today but we are ok around here. Our hills only burn once every ten years and we got ours last November.

Saw on the news last night that E.T.'s home almost burnt down, but they managed to save that neighborhood.  Apparently that's more important then what really matters.

My relatives are in Rancho Cucamunga and they are saying that the smoke is so bad that they can't even open their windows.  Said that it always looks like it's going to rain, but it's just smoke and ash.

lucky it hasn't started in San Diego but a few years ago we had out BIG one and I've never been in snow or been around snow but there was so much ash coming down that i guess that's what snow looks like falling.the sky was gray all day and knight with the night lights you could see the ash. it smelled nasty and the news said not to open windows and use the A/C in the car or house.every where you went there was tracks of ash like mud then it rained and it turned into mud which made it harder to remove the caked on mud off of everything that was outside. you also tracked it in the house with your shoes.
