So anyone else get the vibe that Angela is pregnant.  She's been hooking up with Dwight, and during the weigh-in said that her doctor wants her to gain weight.  I mean, she's petite, but not scary small, so I think its because she's with "Shrute". :)

I liked the way Jim proposed, very much in keeping with how their relationship is, not too formal, but very much focused on all the little things, like where they first ate lunch together, etc.

One of the best scenes was when Holly tried to stop Angela from yelling at Kevin.  I am surprised that Dwight wasn't again punished by Michael for that, like maybe he'd have to make him breakfast, in addition to doing his laundry, plus that way Michael won't burn his foot again (Win-Win-Win).

This was a great episode overall.  The show is at its best when Michael is awkward like this versus when they make him a total jerk (shock does not always equal funny).  The proposal was great and totally threw me off, since Pam seemed to be getting more and more preoccupied at school.  Dwight is still the best thing going on that show.

Damn, yup that's it for him.  Not sure when Parker's due back, but given the pounding he'll inevitably face, and his smaller stature, he'll not last without a competent back-up.

Mendenhall was kickin' some ass last night too.  That's gotta be disappointing for him.

I think its safe to say that having a fractured shoulder is dissapointing whether you're already having a good night or not.   ;)

The Legacy Collection / Re: Figure variations

I have an Excel list of regular figs and major variations dating back to POTF2.  I'm betting the list has 99% of all the major variations that have popped up.  I'm running through now and changing the format on a few things*, but it should be ready in a week or two if anyone wants an Excel based customizable checklist for their stuff.

*I'm fixing it so that you can easily filter on all versions of a single character (i.e. Luke Skywalker and all the versions of Luke that have been made since 1995.

More confirmations to destroy your childhood memories

If you get to the part at the end that starts "According to Google Translate..." you should stop reading or your head will explode from the stupidity of what follows.

The bodies on these are pretty cool, but that weird head converted into a stormie or vader is not for me.

I can't believe that nobody has chimed in about how this new design will be shattering their childhood memories.  Apparently folks just don't care about this movie anymore.  Oh well.   :)

I would have, but risk sounding like a broken record (odd statement, since a broken record probably doesn't make any sound at all).

All of em!

There's always room for a Rattler.    ;)

On our way home from visiting my Wife's grandmother yesterday, we pulled into a convenience store to pick up a couple things.  They didn't have what I needed, so I just grabbed a bottle of water for my Wife who had waited in the car.  As I'm standing at the counter, literally 2 feet from the counter, another customer steps in front of me and sets his arm load of items on the counter, without saying "excuse me", or "I'm just going to set this down", right in front of where I'm standing, not on any other part of the big counter that wraps around (like 20 feet of counter space), so I say "Excuse me", no response, "Excuse me, sir!", the guy half turns and walks back towards the rest of the store past me, announcing that he wasn't "cutting", saying that I don't need to call him "sir" (I didn't realize that was no longer a polite term for an adult man you don't know...).  The clerk, who had just gotten to the register, sheepishly apologized about the people that come in sometimes.  I guess I won't be going back to that store.  Did I miss something and its ok to set something in front of someone who is already at the register without saying anything to them, wouldn't it be better to say, I'm just setting this down, or put it over to the side.....

I'd like to know what the guy was buying that was either so heavy or so bulky that he had to set it down anyway.  Seriously, has anyone ever bought so much stuff a C-store that you had to set it down?  "Stang, this 16oz soda and box of candy are too heavy to hold on to for the 90 seconds I'll be in line!"

I think the inclusion of R2-D2 is actually pretty important to this set.

Why?  I'd rather see a new Ewok or a Rebel Commando given the potential for a different scene.

Moss, 4 catches 25 yards...0 TD's

On pace for... 816 yards and 5.3 TD's  :o

Okay, WTH is up with the Patriots?  I was tailgating at the Packer game, so I didn't get to see any of the do you let Miami rack up 38 points on a team that hasn't lost a game at home in like three years?!  That's insane.  I guess when I thought Moss could be worthwhile this year, I should have factored the the Pats stink now that they're not allowed to cheat and yes, apparently Brady was the whole team, defense included.   ::)

Just wanted to pass along this feature over at Newsarama, which is a Friday Flashback focusing on Secret Wars.  I remember this comic and toyline being one of the main things that got me to expand beyond Spider-Man (and Batman) comics at the time, and get into the Marvel Universe as a whole.  Its kind of a nice trip down memory lane of one of the first major line-wide "events" that have become yearly these days.

That's funny.  I was a big Avengers fan and it was the Secret Wars event that got me hooked on Spiderman comics.  I wanted to see what happened with that black suit!
