Watto's Junk Yard / Re: The Spider-Man Movie Series

What I'm wondering is how the heck are they going to cram all of this into a 2 hour movie? They appear to have 50 storylines going on at the same time, with Peter's past/parents, Green Goblin, Electro, Rhino, and the rest of the Sinister Six... this is going to be worse than Spider-Man 3. I saw an interview recently too where the director said Rhino is only in the film for like two minutes. Why even bother at that point?

She was on How I Met Your Mother too, where she apparently got freaky with pineapples

I really enjoyed that episode too, and count me in as another who can't believe the season is already over. Feels like nothing has happened but really a bunch of stuff has happened.

Something is definitely up at Terminus. What kind of safe haven has no security where anybody can just waltz in? I'm thinking they are cannibals or something (I know there were some in the comics but I started reading after that story arc). The weird overly nice chick mentioned something about a meal... I'm thinking that meal is the remains of Beth? I've been way wrong before though but that's my prediction.

The Abraham stuff was awesome too. "What kind of gamer are you?" "You're totally hot." That guy was definitely posting on 4chan before the zombies hit, might have even hit Emperor status on Rebelscum around 2003. Kind of cool to hear stuff like this since it's different from the usual "I'm a big badass" characters that are always coming along. I get that they would survive, but still cool to see these "everyday people" still out there in some capacity.

I don't know what the endgame is with the crossbow dudes either. I know they're fodder for Rick but like everyone said earlier, the revenge motive makes no sense since we've seen them off (or attempt to off) their own guys twice now.

That Android set came out at the same time as the Target sets that had the redone Snaggletooth and GONK Droid, right? I remember all three of them being fairly common and eventually clearanced out here. This is just a case of an idiot fooling another idiot.

Target having only 1800 stores also surprises me because there are like 10 Targets within a 10 mile radius of me. Pretty much anywhere there's a Wal-Mart, you'll find a Target either right across the street or close by. Our only K-Mart closed around 2000, and I think there might be two left Texas, one in Lubbock (6 hours away) and another near Ft. Hood in Killeen (about 2 hours). 3 TRUs in town too, and that's pretty much it for toy shopping.

Back on topic, I spotted a case of wave 3 at Target today, oddly enough missing only the Mara Jade. In what might be a dumb decision, I passed. I still want to order a case online to get all of the Wave 1/2 leftovers I keep passing on.

I've created two March Madness brackets, mainly for another site I post at but I figure I'll make a post here for anyone who wants to join in on the fun. One is on Yahoo, another on CBS Sports.

Let me know if anyone has trouble accessing or signing up.

I can agree with that. Most of my Wal-Marts have either not ordered any new Star Wars since the TPM Vintage wave two years ago or have eliminated SW space altogether. Target has bare shelves/pegs for pretty much everything outside of LEGO, and it has looked like that for months. TRU has... stuff. Overpriced stuff, but never anything interesting or new enough to buy.

I'm going to spend a bit of my tax return on a case of Wave 3 figures, because like Jesse said, it's the easiest way. I don't WANT a lot of the figures I'm going to get (Clones, etc.) but I'd rather be done with it in one swoop than spend gas driving all over town looking for something that's not even going to be there in the first place.

I'm slowly knocking out Season 6, finishing up the first arc now (Order 66 chips/"virus"). Awesome stuff, and it's really puzzling how stuff that tries to tie the movies together better is cut for trash like Sunny Day in the Void.

Other Toy Lines / Re: 2014: What Are You Collecting?

Never did this for 2014 for some reason:

Star Wars
- Black Series 3.75 inch: Pretty much all in
- Black Series 6 inch: Might pick up a few OT characters (I've resisted everything thus far)

- I'll pick up any super articulated 3.75 inch figures that I like. I'm mainly after Spider-Man and X-Men related stuff, though I've pretty much gotten everything I've wanted outside of some villains. I'm debating picking up some of the 6 inch figures though, to go with the Batman: TAS figures I plan on buying.

- I too want all in on that Batman: TAS line. My biggest fear for this line is that it will lead to me wanting a Spider-Man to go with them, which will lead to me picking up 6 inch Marvel stuff. Then I'll decide I want some of the 6 inch Star Wars stuff, and all of a sudden I'll be all in on that. Sigh.

I've already bought a lot of various stuff but here is my main focus:
- Star Wars: Anything OT related
- Marvel: Anything Spider-Man and X-Men related, sometimes I'll pick up the other heroes stuff although I mainly buy for the minifigures
- DC: Anything Batman, again mainly buying for the minifigures (and enough black bricks to build a LEGO TAS Batmobile)
- Everything Else: I want to buy the modular cinema and modular Parisian restaurant, Simpsons House, LEGO Movie Pirate Ship (MetalBeard's Sea Cow) and some other high ticket items. Plus the Ghostbusters set. Of course most of these sets cost around $200 a pop. Yikes.

Maggie was lying there because she wanted another zombie to kill so she could write Glenn another message in blood. She even told Sasha the same thing after they killed the zombies. Something like "I got much more than I wanted"

So that house Beth and Daryl found was a trap? The vibe I got was that whoever owns it preys on small groups of people like Beth and Daryl, and I guess buries some of the bodies with everyday funeral services? Although people on Reddit pointed out there was a cross on the car that took Beth which ties into a religious fanatic group in the comics. I guess next week is the conclusion to the Carol/Tyrone/Psycho Girl story.

Anyone have a list of people who HAVEN'T seen the map to Terminus? The Rick/Carl/Michonne trio is on the way, as is Maggie/Sasha/Bob. Glenn saw the sign too and I assume GI Joe and Mr. Mullet and crew are behind him... so that leaves Carol's group and Beth and Daryl.

And yeah those makeup/wardrobe people deserve some sort of award or raise because they're doing a fantastic job dressing down really attractive girls. Those legs were ALMOST worth suffering through Talking Dead for. Almost.

Lineup is:

Ned Flanders
Chief Wiggum
Ralph Wiggum
Krusty the Clown
Mr. Burns

I think Yoda looks off compared to the sample because they used a ridiculously oversized cloak and the colors of the cloak and skin are a tad bit darker. I'll reserve judgement until I'm actually holding the figure. I'm honestly excited for the entire wave.

That Snowtrooper looked like a $5 figure to me at first. Weird.

Heads up that Toys R Us is now price matching Good potential for some deals there every once in a while, although LEGO Shop clearances things about as often as TRU.

Yeah that new Sandcrawler looks to be about as big as the old one, which I think cost somewhere between $150 and $200. The old one was build mainly with bricks while this one looks like it's mostly plates. Plus think about stuff like the Ewok Village being $250. No way the Sandcrawler is more than that.

Yeah, I saw these a few weeks ago but didn't buy any since I don't have any of those Simpsons toys from the early 00s so they'd be out of place. I wish Hamill was in his Luke attire like he was in the episode he was in, but eh. Probably some Hasbro/copyright stuff they'd have had to deal with then.
