Finally tracked down the Republic Troopers BP @ Walmart this morning before heading in to work. YES!!!

It's pretty spiffy, can't say I would pick up a spare for opening though. Clones just don't do it for me that much.

Also saw 8 pegs full of MH...no new TVC or TCW yet there.

So I guess I'm pretty much caught up at this point. Still holding out hope I will run across a Scout Bomber or Mandalorian Assault Transport, but other than those long shots I guess I'm good til whenever.

Why all the UK eyewitness accounts but no pictures?

I know they try to be super militant about that stuff, but I seem to recall we got a lot of good shots of the AT-AT when they premiered that over there...

Weirdness...hit up 3 different Walmarts today and saw the same thing at each one: a small smattering of TVC, no CW or MH/Legends, and no BP's - but two cases of the new deluxe sets sitting out untouched.

Man, I have one that is driving me nuts the past few weeks: frigging static electricity!

I don't know what it is, but I have been plagued relentlessly lately with getting shocked when I get out of the car. I mean like, EVERY time. Maybe it's new shoes, dry weather, I don't know.

A couple of times it has actually hurt. I've taken to just kicking the car door closed with my foot. But even then, sometimes it still happens when I eventually touch something metal.

I never recall having this problem before, maybe I'm getting more conductive in my old age?

Yeah, the prison guards and imperial looking dudes were cool. I also loved seeing the Jedi Turbo Speeders in action again, perfect time to dust those things off.

The writing in general for that episode was incredibly weak and sloppy though.

You have an ultra secret plot to kidnap the Chancellor and in the first five minutes of meeting some new inmate you start blabbing about the whole operation to him?

And it never occurred to anyone on the Jedi Council that it MIGHT be a bad idea to pretend that the Chosen One's master was murdered and not let him in on the secret? The same guy who has all those attachment/loss issues?

I've officially come to the conclusion that I don't like anything about the Cad Bane character. They make him too infallible. He's the smartest guy on the show perpetually.
