No sightings of the red a-wing at Ross as reported in the thread about the red a-wing, but did come across 3.75" Val, Beckett, and Rio Durant ($5) and another batch of at-st walkers ($10).

Mine is set to arrive the latter half of tomorrow. We have too much going on at work, and other folks are out, so it'd be prickish for me to take the day off. I don't want to request FedEx to do a vacation hold until Monday when I am off. (I also don't want the barge in their possession any longer than it needs to since there's more chance of damage when they load more packages in the truck.) So I'll have them deliver in the evening.

Turns out evening delivery after 5p, re-ship on a specific day, or drop-off at another location, costs extra.

Mine has a delivery date of tomorrow, but like everyone else, there's no shipping status.

I plan to take the day off when this is delivered. No way I want to have the barge sit in the truck overnight for another delivery attempt. Luckily I didn't already schedule tomorrow off.

1) I would seriously be afraid if I came across Alpha in a zombie apocalypse.

2) I can see the whisperers developing  immunity to bacteria they're constantly exposed to... if they don't die from dysentery first.

3) I thought Alpha said something about the walking dead crew going to their territory. So are the baddies nomads or do they have a base? And if the cemetery is part of their home turf, how is this the first time everyone's bumped into each other in 6+ years?

4) Latex gloves that haven't deteriorated 10 years in? Ok, that was a nitpick, but it did get me to thinking: Why aren't there more kids? Vinegar-soaked cloth? Fish bladders? Honey and crocodile dung?

I thought about something like that, but the new skiff changes everything. I might just have it over a table in the middle of the room, elevated on stands, with the skiffs positioned around it.

I'll get a better feel when I have the ships in my possession.

Here are pictures of my Jabba and the damage it wrought. I don't think heat had anything to do with it, to this day the Jabba is quite sticky and it has been separated from the rest of the collection. No clue what to do with it now, such a shame...

Yikes. Worse case of necrotizing plastiitis I've seen. I'll have to quarantine Typhoid Mary.

It's strange that it's tagged as clearance at

I've read stories of purchases from years ago that made me hesitant to buy. I've since had two orders and the figures have been fine.

In both cases a signature was required for the package so I had to go to the post office on a Saturday to sign for them since my postal delivery is during the midday when I'm not home.

I think the unrevealed eight will be weighted toward ROTJ, but i still will like to see a new Wuher.

Has Squid Face or Bib Fortuna been in TVC? All-new sculpts would be nice. And it'll be two figs on original vintage cards that TVC cardback collectors can strike off their list.

Wasn't there a blurb that Slave Leia would never be made again? Or was that just speculation? I suppose they can call it "Heroine Leia". Heaven help the graphic designer who misspells it 'Heroin Leia".

Here's a vid of the flagship store in New Jersey.

Can't believe we're not the targeted demographic.

Stoopid kids.  >:(

Mine was just delivered in the last 30 min. Still hasn't grown on me.

When the images first hit the 'net, something looked off. Sure enough, a quick google turned up pics showing the orange and yellow are reversed in the candy.

I can't imagine this being an issue with intellectual property. Did someone go with their recollection and not do their homework? There are images of Alton Brown's homemade candy corn, which have the same color sequence as the droid. So maybe the nod the chef? Or just creative license?

And in the vastness of Google i came across... Christmas candy corn?! Yup. White, green, red. Who would've thunk?

The photo-real still doesn't make the likeness any closer to Fisher's look but it's still a great overall sculpt. I'll need to see one in person before I decide to shell out for this version.

I can't help but chuckle seeing how far technology has come from the days of the Princess Leia 2-packs.

I got my 4-pk on ebay also.

Lots of droids I hope Disney or Hasbro tackles. (pg 108 'Solo: Official Guide')

LT2 series would be perfect for build-a-droid.
